    When you guys introduced yourselves in Japanese, not only your way of speaking but your gestures were so cute, just like Japanese persons. I'm always overwhelmed by your amazing editing and music. Welcome to Japan!

    It's really cute how everyone's demeanor changed when they began introducing themselves in Japanese. You can see they are really embracing the language and the culture there, which is lovely to see.
    Appreciate hearing about the language schools. It's so important to find a good language school.

      Yeah everyone loves it here and are really embracing not just the language but the culture which is super important in any country you are living in. And couldn't agree more in finding a good school. It's so important to ask the right questions to schools when searching to make sure it's fitting to you! Thanks again mate ✌🏽

    I’m also learning English as a second language. I'm really touched by their Japanese. I know how hard it is to express myself, even if it's a simple sentence. I really look up to them showing their Japanese on TH-cam.

      I totally agree. I think they all did a very good job at speaking Japanese especially on camera. I think learning any language is very difficult.
      I wish you the best of luck on your English learning journey! ✌🏽🇯🇵

      @hangswithchristian  5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Appreciate that my dude!
      As for nightlife, Tokyo definitely has more but it definitely has a strong nightlife here. You have a loads of clubs and bars to hop around, plus huge amount of places to eat out late. Tokyo is awesome but it’s so dense you know? Here its super busy but you don’t feel like its a festival every time you want to go out haha

    Currently, Japan has a terrible labor shortage and needs people who can sell ``Japan'' overseas. There is a shortage of people even in non-tourism industries such as hotels and travel agencies. Even if it's not in the tourism industry, I want them to do their best in jobs that promote Japan.🙂

    • @hangswithchristian
      @hangswithchristian  5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I hope these video’s can further push what an incredible place Japan is, and maybe convince more skilled workers to move here and better the labour shortage!

    • @yuuyan-bw2pp

      @@hangswithchristian The so-called overtourism is also said to be due to a lack of labor. There is not enough labor to accommodate people for transportation or for shops in tourist areas. Having to wait to enter a store is a lost opportunity for the store, and it also makes tourists less satisfied.
      If you are worried about the working environment in Japan, please start your own company. Fukuoka also has a system for foreigners like that.

    Great video! I just came back a couple of months ago from a language school year in Japan and I’m not exaggerating when I say it was the best year of my life. I wish I could’ve stayed longer but due to my profession, I can’t at this time in my life. I hope you’ll continue posting videos though so I can live vicariously through your experiences! 😂 I hope you and the people in this video will have as much of a great time as I had. Oh and allow me to share some advice, try to make friends with people that aren’t fluent in English, and talk to them in Japanese as much as you can! I know it’s daunting at first but it really pays off, both language acquisition-wise and socially. I made some great friends that I almost exclusively talk to in Japanese. And talk to your English speaking friends in Japanese too!
    Best of luck!

      Also, that’s really great advice you gave for anyone that is currently studying Japanese here or is curious about doing so. Immersion and making local Japanese friends is possibly one of the best ways to practice and get better at Japanese. I also suggest travelling into the countryside for the best chance to practice with locals as I find them even more open.
      Be honest though, how much are you missing Japan? Haha

      Im keeping what school private sorry but one of the main questions I asked schools when applying as what their focus was there. Some are more focused on speaking while others in mastering everything. So it’s really dependant on your focus hey!

    Awesome interviews man! I'm a Japanese living outside Japan for more than 10 years. Japan seems to have become much more international since I left. I hope this trend continues and there will be more foreigners living there. I'm curious to see more in-depth of this trend, so the interviews like this is very interesting to see. Keep the video like this coming please. I'm also curious to see how many of them are actually wanting to live in Japan permanently and how hard it is to get the permanent residency there.

    • @hangswithchristian
      @hangswithchristian  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Great question!
      Start by learning to read and write Hiragana and Katakana. Learn them both at the same time also! Then from there, I would recommend listening to Paul Nobles beginner and advanced beginner audio books on auditable. HUGELY helpful for me to start.
      But just know it’s a long and challenging journey but where is the fun if it isn’t right!
