I think shes referring to what keena is saying, that we're fighting the wrong battle, basically fighting our own for what our bosses did to them, when the real fight is with genetically inhanced hunters, and i think keena wants those genetics hoping he can make his own little army. Or he already has it, i.e thats whats in the briefcase but needs an agent to test it on. Now that would be fun to become genetically modified so like the hunters we can do things no human can do.
