We think in EDF 6, the Player should be rewarded in some way for % of team alive at the level's end. The Player should not want to so casually choose to ditch NPCs, they are the EDF! What would that reward be? So many possibilities, one could do a spreadsheet to help decide! ;)
If so, they need to fix the NPCs' suicidal impulses! Lost track of how many times I've been merrily blasting away at distant enemies until one of my "allies" casually ambles directly into my field of fire.
