What does the test show?
The friction test is to show the resistance of the oil film to tearing (oil film strength).
Metal parts in an engine can lead to scratches and nicks during operation (friction, e.g. pistons). The better the oil quality, the better it should protect the engine against scratches.

How does the test work?
A new sample is subjected to metal-on-metal friction under a 1kg load for 5 minutes. The diameter of the sample is then measured at its lowest point. Each new sample has a diameter of 2.92. The lower the result the better.

Fuchs TITAN SUPERSYN F Eco-DT 5W30, Meguin Leichtlauf 5W30, Liqui Moly Special Tec F 5W30. Also please add oil additive, because sae5W30 is too weak for a such a big engine. For example: Archoil AR9100, Militec-1, Steelshield.

NO ENTIENDO una prueba con un cojinete que no rueda por fuera cuando le pones 1 kilo de peso el cojinete cuando rueda la parte fuera esta quieta eso no demuestra nada con el aceite un saludo
