Ok so the reason America well forgets her name once in awhile is because most people in the US call her union and not America or USA. It's hard to explain why most Americans call the US 'Union' but I can try to explain if you ask me too!
Even her kids will call her union when talking about her in a business area like thing. But when home or really anywhere non professional they call her mom-

While watching this, i see my older brother screaming his girlfreinds name, AKA my Bff,he says "ELLA! ELLA, ELLA" And shes not awnsering, and i tell my brother, "¡Llámala El, estúpido!"/ "Call her Ell you stupid!" So he does that, It doesnt work, I do it 10 times, Shes in the bedroom, And we found out that she was in Coma... its been 5 days, Shes still not up but its hit hard on my brother, He hasnt ate in 2 days..
