I had a insane amount of trouble finding the Dragonfire II. I was level 34 kept visiting Eleos Retreat and nothing. I saw someone on Reddit say go to Venus and wait 24 hours, this is 2400 hours UT went back to Eleos Retreat and all the models were updated to the 2nd edition.
I purchased my Dragonfire II from one of my outpost Landingpad/Shipbuilding,it's Awesome,front entry and bridge is right at front entry is way easy,love it,I screwed with its design and made it worse so changed it back,not sure on the auto turrets though,I think they caused friendly fire and had my crew on my case,I may change my weapons and add missiles.
After finding the ship I added all the extras but decided to upgrade turrets to the PBO 300 Alpha Auto turrets and damn talk about shredding enemy's. I am playing on Hard but I am going to see how it does on very hard.

There's no better ship than the one you'll build. Class C ships aren't neccessarily "better".
