So frustrating that they didn’t give her a screaming head. The head sculpt is beautiful. This could have been a great action figure. Great job on the review.

If you use the lower boot straps from the love triangle cyclops and not the thigh ones it works better. I also put the straps on because that's my favorite look for the character.
I tried it, it didn’t go high enough and didn’t want to stretch it out and not fit my cyclops anymore.

Story time is a great refresher on the character. Overall, I'm happy to have her to get 1 step closer to a completed X-Force team. But the lack of a screaming head is just a travesty. It makes no sense, and what's worse, they knew that the collectors would be mad about it. And they did it anyway. I can't understand that. As for the holes in the back ... not to get ahead of your reviews, but they seem to be doing that a lot on the female figs, Spinneret has them as well. Binary had 'em. I hope they aren't moving to that being the norm for their frankensteined female bucks. Thanks as always for the honest review.

Really wanted Siryn Figure since X-Men X-Force X-factor are favourite comics but yeah totally agree the screaming head should have been an extra heck Wolverine got a screaming head but no fist or open hands... Seriously Hasbro plus why the AOA upper torso with holes to disturbing maybe they done it for fly stands 🤷🏻♂️... Nice visual points and loved her background due forgot her some point her relationship with Deadpool 🤣😅

A 6 out of 10......Manny, I think you were being too generous.She has a lot discrepancies against her as you pointed out. Hasbro should have given her screaming head sculpt. Like Boognice always says extra heads and hands make for a better figure. I love Marvel Legends. It is the only figure line I collect. I'm happy they are continuously giving us new figures still. I'm glad to have Siryn in my collection mostly to build Bonebreaker......lol. Great review as always.

It is with such sadness to watch a company entrusted in delivering to their consumers asked-for quality products deceive so many with such rotten fodder. Everything from its extortionate price to its simple design will see it warming pegs before Labor Day. When a Brand Manager, design manager and marketing agents all reply with the same shrug of their shoulders for reasonable explanations for their indiscretions it is a telltale sign the boat is sailing rudderless. I watcvhed three SDCC interviewers ask the same question; "sometimes decisions are made with out us knowing" was always their answer.
We all know how this story ends folks - watch xmanny's video - dollars to donuts Siryn is re-released with a screaming head portrait as part of a 2-pack with another Wolverine.

Personally I don't mind the holes on the back. I'd prefer just the one hole but I like the potential to plug in a stand vs using the unsightly clamp. Great review I especially appreciate the character history.
Btw, Rit-Dye the Maria Hill/Quake/Shield Agent thigh-straps if you absolutely MUST have THEM!!! Use the SYNTHETIC DYE.

Maybe the holes torso was used, so stands can plug into it to simulate flight?
It’s still so horrible to look at. I don’t remember their flight stands having a peg to plug into. Thought it was all clamps.
I’m frustrated that she didn’t have a screaming head sculpt, hopefully she’ll have a screaming head in the Banshee and Syrin 2 pack! And do you think this could work for X-Men VHS Wave Rogue? Or would the AOA Rogue be better for the upcoming Rogue?

I bought the figurine and I make my own screaming effect with wire and look cool.
1st off thanks for speaking up for the customers, 2nd your on to something, i believe it will be in a 3 pack. and yes the bonebreaker looks amazing, thanks Hasbro, but this wave is so so at best, need Vulcan but a repaint, Havok we have, another wolverine but not needed thank god, for me im buying no more wolverines, unless they do a metal skeleton or something, skinny sabretooth who asked for this? siren needed maggot needed, darvin is a repaint, actually besides maggot everything is a repaint. so they couldn't throw another head in???? keep up the good work
You’re welcome. But how is Vulcan a repaint when he’s the first of this new body mold? That doesn’t make sense to me at all.

Maggot uses a lot of the Hercules (modern look) body mould. Still, looks good.

While I agree with the WTF why is there no screaming head but we both know unlike Banshee she did not need to scream to do so. You even show a panel in XForce where she is flying and talking to Deadpool. I still would want a screaming head included. It is unfortunate that unless I get Bonebreaker in the after market I will be passing on this wave. The cape is a huge contention for me because it looks faded, and not the good kind, on one side. Great review though.
I just got my entire wave and it was kind of anti-climactic her missing her screaming head is such an egregious error on their part it’s unforgivable the only way I think they can make it up is if they did like an another wave and they put a screaming Siryn head in with another character, Darwin is kind of plain and lack luster looking with no fx’s,
Facts! It’s the biggest disappointment of the wave.
One of the big problems is companies Toybiz had great paint and sculpting, and Mafex, Super7, Mezco give great effects, extra heads, hands yes at higher price point. Imagine if Hasbro stepped up there game and put a little more effort in there work

The bear is custom made and the box came from some random Christmas prop set. Can’t remember where it’s from. Sorry.
Manny, do you find it hard to review figures of characters that are drawn in an extreme style like Liefeld? I have a hard time judging them because of the exaggerated proportions and size of the characters in the artwork.
No I don’t, because Legends is all one cohesive look and do not translate the proportions of various artists styles. I just look to see if the costume is accurate and the face true to the character. Maybe sometimes scale sizing with others that would be shorter, taller, bigger, slimmer, etc.
