It also drove into a flatbed truck and cut through the truck. The safety on this vehicle is out of this world. Claim to have 3x stronger steel frame than a Mercedes and now we’ve seen it literally cut through thick steel with its A pillars in real life.
With the features and built quality, if mercedes or bmw were to build similar it would costs 400k. So relatively $150k is considered as fairly price for a "made in china" vehicle.
I think we wasted our money in buying tickets to the Melbourne Electric SUV show to see it early. $150k plus ORC ??? Thanks for wasting everyone's time and interest Zeekr. Ev's already have a savage depreciation schedule in comparison to ICE cars to which even the Porsche Taycan resale are not immune from. Its not so much people cant afford them but its the massive loss you are going to incur come trade in time. We were happy to pay more than price of a 2025 Kia Carnival but not more than twice the price. Crikey in 3years time you would of lost more in depreciation than the price of a new GT-Line Kia Carnival.
@@arthurl5852 It is obviously a high-end business vehicle, you would expect someone like HC taxi to own them. Just like a 7 series BMW, they don't aim for sales quantity, I don't think you use it as a family car?
Being in the game for 38 years , all luxe minivans require seats facing each other . 3 on each side. This vehicle is well appointed however will not be preferred above a S series or a Bentley. Current V class 8 seater including driver is a wonderful vehicle. Must have 3 a row.
It's a properly good car. Very well built. Someone in China drove the 2023 version into a 20+ ton concrete mixer and went out intact.

This days corolla cost almost 50k
So only three corollas, bargain 😂
Great car
A one way ticket to an old school bus or a cheap transit bus
Okaaaaaay....
150k in Australian money?
Correct
$150k for a people mover for the Australian market. Does not look promising.

He said the company is not chasing sales with this vehicle. So
@@arthurl5852I think this is to show Chinese don't only make cheap cars.

I just put a deposit on one
this car is for house price 5M +
71% made of boron steel, apart from the use of aluminum and magnesium cast. 3 tonnes net weight 😅

The range is realistically just over 500km per charge. The Chinese cycle is highly optimistic
BRING IT TO CANADA!!!!!
That boot is tiny, for a people mover. Compare it to the Kia Carnival?
thats with all 3 rows up tho
@@ItxFliXz we're on the same page. Now look it up
I would consider this if the price is under 90k
It's 70 or 80k usd in china. So it's impossible in Australia.
Nowadays, mini country man EV is cost almost 90k
60k worth
150k lol they need to charge more like 500k
As soon as you said EV. I switched off. 😴
It looks like a rolls royce copycat
Sorry zeekr, $150 k for made in chyna, r not welcome in australia 😂😂😂
Its goes the other way aswell, an Australian made with that amount is not welcome in China or Asia too.
who wants a holden in china?
Mate just appreciate the car, no need to be nasty
go away, this is a car channel, you are being racist
