Yellow Jackets Nest INFESTATION | 1,500 Wasps inside house | Wasp Nest Removal

  • Massive wasp nest (Yellow ackets) Infestation inside someone's home; PACKED with Larvae and 1,500 WASPS!
I removed this nest from a client's house who was a viewer of the Hornet King channel! (Hey Steve!) and it was SUPER active with estimated 1,500 individuals inside (and outside) this nest!
Once the nest was removed and brought back to my house, I dismantled it and vacuumed up the remaining adults so I could feed the larvae to my chickens. I also was able to feed larvae and a catydid to Humphrey and Miss Emily.

Knowing that you won't use major chemicals is also a major bonus. I don't get why people do that. You understand the need to keep them alive and their part in nature.

The berry at the end reminded me of being at a Customer's house who had an apple tree. A rotted apple was COVERED in some hornet (I can't identify well) and every single one of them were too drunk to fly. Lift off, fly erratically and end up on the ground upside down and flailing about before eventually making their way back to this decayed, fermented apple.

I got stung by a hornet when I was like 8 or so and was at a lake. Ever since I've had a bit of a phobia about hornets and wasps. This channel is like getting vicarious revenge against that hornet so long ago. They still give me the willies, though perhaps less so now than once upon a time. When you learn to fear something as a child, it can take a lot to move past that as an adult. Keep up the good work, Hornet King.

Wouldn't sleep in my bed for a long while because foragers kept coming back a few days at a time until they all died off. Went to TH-cam to watch Wasps getting killed to watch in revengeful delight. Why are you giving that sweet squirry squirrel junk food French fries? Poor thing... 🥺... 😂. Love your vids. Glad you’re off-season and can feed *us* the goodies now!

I'm very glad TH-cam reminded me that I'm subscribed to your channel! I love the part where the animals get to eat at the end lol.

Remove hornet nests from anyone elses property, but keep them on your own property.
You truly are the Hornet King.

Great video tonight Hornet King! Love the concept from start to finish. Vacuuming, education, talk over, clean up, feeding the girls and posting this in the evening are all pluses! Well done brotha! Still would love to see 25-30 minutes!

Cicada killer!!! Man one built a nest in our front flower bed several years ago and she never bothered us at all. I was fascinated because I’d never seen a wasp that big in my life lol.

Wow. I never thought I’d binge watch wasp and hornet videos but here I am lol. I really appreciate the educational aspect of your videos. It’s cool you make use of everything of everything (either bringing a nest back home to add to your barn or feeding your chickens) while also maintaining a level or respect towards them. I feel that I’ll be less afraid of them now knowing they don’t just attack for no reason. Thanks for sharing your knowledge!

Having bald faced hornet nests with yellow jackets nest as nearby food source for these three is a lovely dose of healthy black humor :) That grub munching squirel, LOL

I came across this channel entirely by accident. Who knew I fascinated by stinging insect removal. But yes, there ya go.. And of course, the chickens - the most pampered, most nurtured chickens ever. This is ridiculous. Whovis this guy kidding? Oh wait, you missed Daisy. Give Daisy's one.........
