I've been bingewatching your guy's videos for the past 3 days since discovering you. Can't get enough of the personalities and seemingly thoughtful opinions. Keep it up!
I do agree that it's overpriced, however I would also rather spend more for a quality finish and feel with GreyGoose/Ciroc than get the cheaper brands like Absolut/Svedka/Pinnacle/Titos/Skyy etc. I've noticed that the cheaper ones have a much harsher finish that gives me acid reflux feeling afterwards and a burnout drunk where I just want to sleep, where as GreyGoose/Ciroc are much smoother and I don't get a sleepy feel after. Same concept for tequila too, like with Patron I get an amazing drunk and no burnout feeling, but with cheaper tequilas like Jose Cuervo I just wana pass out after. They are for sure overpriced but to say its all the same and just a name I can't agree with that.
Vodka is supposed to completely flavorless, ciroc is overpriced ( you are paying for marketing not a higher quality product) and has a juniper undertone.
@@kybrewreview yeah u r probably right bc I just like drinking and never studied about it. but thats only my opinion, ciroc tastes so good for me. I usually have it in caipirinhas. and btw, here in brazil grey goose is usually more expensive lol
Don't get me wrong I like ciroc and goose and definitely won't turn them down, but the vodka industry is the shadiest of them all. For instance it costs the same to distill a bottle of ciroc as it does for a bottle of smirnoff around .40cents. they use a different grain but the cost is the same the only difference is ciroc may filter it a few more time which cost them maybe 10 cents. I don't think that justifies the price.
Chris M I don't think we actually have any gin. But that does give me an idea. We could try making our own counterfeit ciroc by mixing vodka and gin. People would probably loose their minds and get mad but it would be hilarious.
Do it! I'll bet it would taste the same or close. I used refill a bottle of Grey Goose with Svedka or Smirnoff (till someone dropped it). Amazing how a fancy name/bottle can play tricks on people. Set some of the other guys up and see what happens!!
I don't know how the hell you thought one was tasted like gin kinda. Vodka with out flavour added should be very easy to tell. I've never had a "gin(ey)" vodka before. They both are so different. Only alcohol I would have a tough time separating tastes is whiskey.
Ciroc has a very distinct flavor, which is something you don't want in vodka, if you have seen our original review you check it out. Also , check out some other reviews and tasting notes, we are not the only people who say it has a distinct flavor, people often say it taste herbal.
I'm honestly not a fan of either, they are way overpriced for vodka, and you are really just paying for all their marketing hype. if I absolutely had to pick, it would be goose, ciroc has a little bit of a gin flavor to it and vodka is supposed to be flavorless.
great video guys! love the Head to heads it is always interesting to see how one Compares to one another side by side. and do you drink any Smirnoff vodka?
That was from a party, both are way overrated and overpriced, the thing with vodka is you don't ever need or should spend over 15 bucks for a bottle, especially if you understand the vodka distilling process.

external influences in this video: You're talking to each other. The glasses are different. The original bottles are on the table. You're only taste testing two vodkas so you have a 50% chance of guessing correctly with blind luck. You're palate cleanser is beer nuts ffs. Come on now.
+Kristian Figueroa I would say normally you would be right, but ciroc has such a unique flavor it's makes it very easy to tell them apart. regardless of glassware.
well youre right in saying im right, but as far as how you recognize ciroc, thats fine but we'd like to know how they stand up to eachother. saying one smells like rubbing alcohol out of a glass like i described giving the impression that the other one smells better out the wider opened glass (where the fumes escape more easily from the nose) is misleading. i just would have liked to see the same glasses for a better idea of how they stand up to eachother is all.

What about new amsterdam?
@@ceramikxxx5882 I have not tried new amsterdam vodka yet
I normally stick with svedka or Tito’s, not super picky with my vodka but I do splurge on tequila can’t stand cheap tequila
couldn’t agree more my friend
nothing like that good ole gay goose
Wtf
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHhA i laughed so hard
It smells more alcoholic because of the shape of the glass 😉
It doesn't matter anyway, ciroc has such a unique flavor it's easy to pick out
Mines always been Goose but Ciroc is good too, i really wanna try Titos tho i hear alot of good things about it
HybridBlueDream Belvedere then Ciroc Then gray goose then skyy for me
josef steiner gooose number 1 all day
Absolute vodka black vs ciroc who is the best?
Haven't had absolute black.
I just bought a grey goose and I can literally drink 50/50 with vodka and soda and get NO nasty vodka taste.
Grey Goose is my new favorite vodka.
Try Absolut if you haven't tastes even better imo.
if you dont like vodka taste try belvedere.
ciroc is my favorite exactly bc it has a nice taste

I’m always gonna go with New Amsterdam when it comes to vodka, Grey goose is nice though but too pricey
Costco Kirkland vodka is said to be made by grey goose and a bottle is only 13$ maybe do a video comparing them. See if it’s true or not
Danny G it’s proven to be false
Do you have any gins to compare Ciroc to? I know it's a vodka but I get that juniper hint as well.
Chris M I don't think we actually have any gin. But that does give me an idea. We could try making our own counterfeit ciroc by mixing vodka and gin. People would probably loose their minds and get mad but it would be hilarious.

I think the best vodka is Koskenkorva.
Would love to try it but it's not distributed particularly well.
In Germany Ciroc is 10 bucks cheaper
as a poor fellow, bartons is my shit.
+Poles we plan on doing a Barton's bourbon review soon as well.
Special K hell yea
Kettle one vs absolute
Absolute
Absolut wins all day long. A better heads up would be Kettle One vs Titos.
I’d personally pick ketel one anyday
Ciroc is my fav. Vodka aswell
+quentin vines I little pricey, but pretty good.
Worth price
Which one is better between Grey Goose and Ciroc

@@kybrewreview Thanks a lot for your help dear, much appreciated 😊
my go to vodka is Sobieski. it's the best cheap vodka out there and I think it can hold up against much more expensive ones
SamsungFanboy I'm gonna look for that. How much is it for a fifth.
Radar Really it might vary depending where you're at, but I've never paid more than $13 here in NJ
great video guys! love the Head to heads it is always interesting to see how one Compares to one another side by side. and do you drink any Smirnoff vodka?
Thanks, I haven't drank any Smirnoff vodka since I was a teenager lol. Maybe we will pick up a bottle for a review soon!
I’m pretty sure you prefer the GG. The bottle is pretty much empty
That was from a party, both are way overrated and overpriced, the thing with vodka is you don't ever need or should spend over 15 bucks for a bottle, especially if you understand the vodka distilling process.
I prefer the goose of ciroc personally
gay goose xD
crooked shelving, yep we be on an alcohol review page ;)
Grey goose technically has more alcohol content than the Ciroc because there is more in the bottle, it’s probably 40% per milliliter or liquid oz
40% acl means 40% of the liquid in the bottle is alcohol
You’re not sharpest tool...🤦🏻♂️
Lol
Like that Ghost T shirt!🤘
Thanks, got too see them last month!
@@kybrewreview dude i saw them open for iron maiden it was a badass show!!
nice ghost t shirt
saw them about a month ago!
Ciroc is the worst Vodka i ever drank.
Definitely overpriced and underwhelming.
I see the house of starks Banner
Grey goose cost more actually
While both vodkas are good, they are extremely overpriced.
@@kybrewreview what is the best vodka yall tried ? Like best price and quality range

We are not trying to figure out which is which. It's about what one better via blind taste test.
Ciroc has more sugar than grey goose so grey goose is way better than Ciroc
Both are overrated and over priced.
KyBrewReview na. Bro grey goose is not over priced
Finlandia is half the price and a better vodka.
KyBrewReview ok I will try bro
KyBrewReview thanks
Nice
The less u know the better
good video guys!!! have you guys tried bird dog whiskeys? you should review some if u ever get a chance
+Adam Kennedy we have had them, just haven't did a formal review. It will happen eventually.
Special K thanks bro!!! its delicious whiskey for the price and tasty as shit I think so
Ciroc dont even taste of vodka if ya looking for a vodka dont buy ciroc
I agree, it has gin undertones
tall glass with smaller opening than the base concentrates fumes and smells. not a good control for this experiment
+Kristian Figueroa I would say normally you would be right, but ciroc has such a unique flavor it's makes it very easy to tell them apart. regardless of glassware.

I thought circoc was cognac/brandy
Nope vodka.
Maybe if you don't like the tast of alchy don't drink lol if you drink enuff you won't tast shit anymore
I think you are missing the point of a quality product, maybe you had to much Burnett's?
i hate ciroc its disgusting
While I don't think it's a bad vodka, it's not worth what that charge and I would never buy it.
@@kybrewreview i think grey gouse is a bit better but still not worth the price aswell
