I’ve tended bar for years and years and a frequent conversation is, ‘how much is a shot?’ ‘3 for £5’ ‘I’ll have 12!’ And then their two friends and them will nail 4 shots in a row and walk off to the smoking area with a long drink in their hand...

I bought a big bottle of Belvedere because I got a free bottle of cranberry juice with it and I will tell you something I mix it with cranberry juice and I have to say Belvedere is one of the finest Liquors I've ever tasted mixed with anything

Grey Goose IMO is awful. For some reason Ketel One seems to be my favorite for martinis. Its flavor just works so well with a little dry vermouth and olives. Titos is hands down my second for anything else.
We are seeing more and more people saying the something about Grey Goose. Kettle One is great to have around and the price point is great. We always have a bottle or tow of Titos around LOL
So the Night Club I bartend at and have been at for 9 years charged $28 for an ounce and a half of Belvedere or Grey Goose as a shot, a mixed drink is $30, but it’s $14/16 for Tito’s. But at the distributor we buy from, the bottle of Belvedere is $36, and I believe GG is the same price. Tito’s is $24, and Crystal River is like $8 for the entire bottle. The mark up in bars is insane. I usually suggest everyone stick to Top shelf at home, and well at the bar.
I am a big Titos fan. Guess I will try Belvedere. I'm in my 50s..still don't drink liquor straight. When I'm fishing I've used Vodka and Kool Aide. I don't really care what people think.
Vodka is the most overrated and overpriced spirit. Unless you drink a lot of vodka martinis, you’re wasting your hard earned money on the high end stuff (which Belvedere is also my favorite) I’ve blinded tasted my clients on vodka a million times and they couldn’t tell their Svedkas from their Grey Goose, 9 out of 10 times. 🥃
Yeah Goose has a reputation for being the best, but whenever I get somebody to try some Belvedere (especially when it's been sitting in the freezer for a good amount of time), they almost always agree that Belvedere is the best (or at least, the smoothest-least-burning liquor) around. It's also usually a BIT cheaper than GG.
You cannot review vodka this way, you must get drunk on one, sleep, and feel the hangover. Best vodkas have the least hangover- which is grey goose by far

But seriously, I had the best Bloody Mary of my life recently and after an inquiry to the gentleman server “what fair gentleman hast thou servist in this impressive vitamin drink?” And he said one word…Titos. 🤪 But seriously #2, I realized I don’t even like vodka. I used to be a bourbon or Sour Mash Tennessee Whiskey kinda guy, and was not really into vodka. I first tried Belvedere back when it had a cork still like 20 years ago... slowly I drifted to drinking less of everything else and basically only drink Belvedere. It is just better than other things.
But I don't understand why Grey Goose never gives me headaches. And I'm not talking about drinking too much... Tito's gives me slight headache from few shots same as scotch, rum, jagermeister, cheap vodkas, wines they all give ms headache but Grey goose didn't even give me headache when I was drinking bit too much... Belvedere is also good, Tito's is the best value but I would pay more because of this effect of Grey Goose and I don't drink to much and to often...
I was a Tito's guy when it used to be $15 for a 750 and was still into it at $20 ish. But Belvedere is hands down the better vodka. I can get 1.75L bottles of Belvedere for like $51.99 which is $22 for a 750 of Vodka that murders anything at that price.
Belvedere is such a work of art that I stopped drinking Lagavulin, Ardbeg and Laphroaig and I just drink Belvedere now~ I have no idea why GG became so famous around the world.. must be the same reason why BTS is so famous.. the publicity and nothing else lol
Be it Whisky , Gin or Vodka I prefer on the Rocks so that I can enjoy the real taste and not fuck with the taste by adding juices or tonic water to it . Belvedere is bomb .
Great video!! If you get a chance, try "Vox" vodka. Imo, best vodka ever. Some people say you taste the difference between vodkas, but I disagree. Generally I can tell the difference instantly. Tito's is very good for the money....

First: Grey Goose is not Vodka! Second: Belvedere. Yes. Polish Vodka is the best in the world. Third: Stoli. Good for complex cocktails like Bloody Mary's.

It can be sipped neat, though I prefer Belvedere and, indeed, in a Martini as well, with a bit of dry Vermouth and a lemon twist (not olive) -- Vodka Martinis really showcase the Vermouth, not the Vodka, so use a good one. As for Stoli, it is good enough to drink neat, but cheap enough to mix. Better bars have it in their "well".

IMO, Titos has its place for mixing but overall, you are correct.
