How to fix a squeaky clutch on a 99-06 Toyota Celica for FREE!

- Short video showing how to fix the squeaky sound when the clutch is pressed on a Toyota Celica. Most people assume its a throw bearing, but sometimes its not. Before you take it to a garage and pay £100's to fix it, i will save you that money by showing you how to fix the sound for free! If the problem still happens then seek professional mechanical advice. But it cant hurt to try this first!
I am only a 'weekend' mechanic, i do not hold any responsibility for anyone working on their cars after watching this.

Remove the slave cylinder and clean the clutch fork pocket and slave push rod. then apply high heat grease to that area
Cheers mate, someone said something about pulling away that square rubber boot, the bit im pusing, and spraying grease in there, is that what youre on about too?
Gareth Leer that can be done too to lube the fork pivot point. I am referring to where the slave cylinder makes contact with the release fork

Depends lol it's a bit like lottery, might last a long time might need to be re-done after a week, eventually if you do keep re-doing it you'll eventually get the goodluck and it won't come back for many years ;)
Do u ever had problem with kn oil filter that u have? No check engine lamp?
Brilliant fix. What happens when you push it the other way? Would this work for a honda?
It should be very standard with all cars, mine couldnt push the other way as it is only made to go in one direction, the other way is fixed.

i got a squeek on my toyota t25 , will look into it, should we grease the clutch cable ?
In my case it was the clutch master cylinder/slave playing up. The actual control arm builds up with dirt and the lubricant dries out. Ive read that if you pull that grey square rubber boot forward, and spray lithuim grease into it, it solves the problem, howerver i would seek professional advice first as it might mess something up
yeah I'm will go for passanger wheel bearing change and will see whats up ,when my car will be up in the air. i think its rusted all it is, as clutch feels ok (hopefully) :)

Well it is an amateur video, i do a lot of work on my car, i dont really need to know what parts are called as its irrelevant, just need to know how the work.
I mean you could watch my video for free and not be a dick about things and appreciate i made an effort, or you could take it to a (to quote 'pro') and pay lots.

Don't do that please or you will introduce air into system and there comes troubles. Now I can't shift gears properly, they slip . Why did I do that !!!And yes noise came back
