Do untimed solves wherein you focus on just turning. You can try executing simul moves for smaller turns say pairs like AB which are 1 and 2 turns respectively. If you do this often, you can gradually try simul turns for larger and larger turns. Also, try simul turning on the block building part (UL dial and DR dial) as it is easy to execute because it is intuitive. This can help build the habit of simul turning even for execution of memorized pairs. Lastly, practice using your pinky fingers for D dials.
