Waoh...thanks for this video once again.
Asaba has metamorphos to a city capital unlike some other capitals in Nigeria.
Asaba have enough dual roads .some of there roads are well kept, some are still same story we see in other dirty states.
But Is more of a city ,I must commend the city planners on this.

Thanks for ur insight. I, also had written earlier that those market has exceeded their importance and should now be relocated. Anambra/Abia Gov. now have the opportunity to very well plan a new area and have those markets moved so as to help with development. Thats why our city centers are always filled with dirt. Now compare Asaba road orderliness with that of YangaLife recent Anambra videos (very dirty)

    • @YangaLife
      @YangaLife  ปีที่แล้ว +2

You have a good point. The government is doing that already by shifting building materials market to Ogidi, shoe site to Nkwelle Ezunaka, etc. But you are advocating moving the markets farther than that.

During one of our investigations based on viewers assessment that Onitsha is littered more than the other states mentioned. So we decided to research to know why. One of our discoveries is that Onitsha is densely populated and visitors too compounded the issues to generate more wastes.
So in other to control the wastes, the government needs to budget more funds and more sophisticated way of control.

All Alaigbo states need is a merciless Governments that will redevelop/reconstruct the cities and its environ just like Lagos Gov did. Delta state lack factories and industries to engage the youth.
The Warri seaport is not working.
    Youth unemployment is so massive.
If you are looking for job Delta state is not the environment to come and start to scout for jobs.
The politicians are so corrupt that they have a misplaced priorities coupled with massive corruption.
Warri, Effurun, Sapele, Ughelli, Obiaruku, Patani, Burutu, Bomadi, Koko, Eku etc
It is just poverty and misery.
Previous governors of the state especially Dr. Emmanuel Uduaghan and the current out going governor Senator Dr. Arthur Ifeanyi Okowa did so badly that the states has nothing to show for the huge crude oil money it receives from the federation account.
THERE IS HARDSHIP IN DELTA STATE DUE TO CORRUPTION BY THE POLITICAL CLASS IN DELTA STATE.
They can not invest in state owned electricity power, support mechanised farming, etc
We do not even know where the money is going in Delta state.

You call that clearly visible eyesore of a 'city' shown in this video "the jewel of Niger"? Our standards in Nigeria are low, abysmally low. There is not a thing shown in this video that warrants describing Asaba as a jewel. It is a dump! The capital city of a state that's supposedly one of Nigeria's richest is a dump, unremarkable dump of a place. That's what you get when people persist in electing misfits and criminals as governors and then do TH-cam videos to glamourize and celebrate the staggering failure of leadership that is the inevitable consequences of the choices they made. The rot in Asaba goes all the way back to the ex-convict governor, Ibori down to the current misfit, Okowa. Delta State is jinxed with the worst type of leadership. Put Asaba side-by-side with Uyo in Akwa Ibom, you would begin to understand what an unmitigated disaster/failure Delta State is. As a TH-camr, stop celebrating failure, just stop!
