@Adam Arroyo This beautiful tune features the classic ii-V-I chord progression that was basically the foundation of all jazz/modern pop music, that's why it sounds so familiar.

This arrangement is the best one out there. It's so nice and simple, not complicated at all. It immediately puts me in reminiscent state. Melancholic feel with warmth...or maybe the need to feel that warmth once again or maybe im getting old.idk. But personally, I can literally almost see autumn colors. Brown, orange, yellow, red. I grew up I. Southeast Iowa and now resides in LA. It takes me back, to my first love, to the first few friends i had in highschool. The long walks we had because we couldnt drive back then. I feel quite a bit from this. This is going to be the next piece on my list. Great job!

Oh my goodness, I was so put off by it missing that I nearly skipped the video altogether. This feels quite disrespectful in my opinion.
It's a rather simplistic arrangement honestly, very middle of the line, and that coupled with his exclusion of the composer's name makes me dislike it.

@Craig Yates I actually am a composer who works on a harmonic and formal level more complex than the above video, but just because I have such skills doesn't mean I'm uniquely qualified to define music as middling.

Some arrangements of “Autumn leaves” do not convey the sadness of the original lyrics. This arrangement brings tears to my eyes just like when I heard the original French chanson.

At the tender age of 50, when the leaves begin to turn colour, I my soul awakened to and fell in love with music. This life is strangely beautiful, and I have no regrets coming to the garden of music in the afternoon. Being present is what matters.
