Does anyone know what would happen if you tried to convert a song that had different instruments in harmony? Something along the lines of a band chart. I currently don't have a computer that has a strong enough processor to run these programs. And while I'd be willing to pay the price and upgrade, I would hate to do it to not have it work. Any help here would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I though that from an mp3 file you will convert it into a Pianosheet but I see that you put a Pianosheet that is already done and make it playing in the software does it right? Seems like doesn't exist yet a software that translate a mp3 alone and write the notes in a Pianosheet...

I couldn't find Harry Nilsson's The Lottery Song with any of the companies that sell sheet music and it's not in the very expensive OOP Nilsson song book but I did find a few places with the chords and lyrics. Ultimate Guitar. I play the piano and could kind of sing along well enough for my own enjoyment. I was really excited about this software, but sheet music is ubiquitous. I'm saving my money. I like free and cheap! Those sheet music companies are doomed, MusicScore has had nearly every song I've looked to play (Free sheet music).

Mine doesn't open up in musescore! It opens up in a viewer and I want to edit it in musescore. I lost all my compositions as my Mac died and noone could recover the info. I had however sent most of them in MP3 by WhatsApp. This app is going to save me so much time! The only problem I see is that with piano music, it often puts notes on the wrong clef making it impossible to play before some heavy editing. That's where it needs improving. However, it's still an amazing help..and would be even more so if it opened in my musescore. I have musescore 4, do you think that's the problem?
I used to import MP3s on garage band...you can then change the instrument and you can see the score. Not sure if you can print it off though so you'd have to investigate a bit

PRIVET my Musical Brother and Sisters...there is NO software that beats the trained and talented ear of a Maestro! I have tried MUCH software such as this, but believe me, you are left with so much more work cleaning up misinterpretation by the software that all the fun is spoilt. I even tried the software to interpret a difficult "Drum Set" rhythmic performance. Now, I have "Perfect Pitch", well versed in advanced harmony and theory. I can easily hear the ENTIRE score, which I have done for more than 30 years! The software, EVERY SINGLE ONE OUT THERE, are incapable to input notes from a cd, flash drive, TH-cam, WAV, MP3 etc, analyze it , detect the "Instrument", "Key", "Time Sig, and then we did not even *touch* the "mathematical" dogma of analyzing the incredibly difficult musical natural phrase (such as 4, 8 16 and 32 bar phrases) extensions to 94 bars and higher. Mendelsohn and a little more by Debussy sort of understood "Chromatics" (although I do believe they worshipped the whole tone- and pentatonic scales more as the USSR were LOVED as usual). My point is, NO Software can "Reason" harmonic complexities such as this in order to understand *which waveform* to assign a note that belongs to *which phrase,* the bass line and chord "inversion" which is of immense importance (a bass line is NOT just a bass line, but a solid foundation on which an entire "house" is built). *THEN* the biggest problem with this kind of software...hearing "BEHIND" the "NOISE" of the PERCUSSION AND VOCALS! Most important harmony is COVERED by these instruments! MP3 and WAV files are not "layered" so one cannot "delete" parts of channels to expose just, say, the "Flute" lines! *NYET!!* There is NO software that can take an audio file and "Arrange" the music nicely formatted and "Voiced" according to accepted international criticism! I agree! Technology has a long way to go before it can reach the human ear. Human ears have an amazing sense of pitch and with the right ear training there is no need for software like this. So, I agree, if someone wants to transcribe exactly whats going on, go train your ears. I was also kind of interested how a computer would attempt transcription and was impressed. But, nothing out there at the moment can beat a well trained ear.
@@canilo_7672 yes of practice, if you're trolling i find it humorous LOL but on a serious note some are born with it, others Practice. listen to various music, find your favorite song, distinguish every single instrument, vocals too. compare vocals form various singers who sing the same song. I am born with it, it flows in my blood, thanx to my family line of musicians..
How do you edit the sheet music? Mine isn't completely accurate. Plus it's 4/4 time, but the first bar is 2/4. Can we make edits to the sheet music, besides the title? I'm also having a problem playing the sheet music. The controls on mine are all in the spectogram. When the sheet music comes up, there is no way to play it.
Sadly AnthemScore doesn't transcribe percussion. I play percussion and drums along with many other instrument and was disappointed there wasn't a percussion feature.
Yes it is Musescore allows tab staves. However, since in most transcriptions there is a treble and bass clef line most of the bass clef line will be left out. I'll make a video on it seems there is much need for this I've seen others requesting this in other places.
