Everyone's talking about Duncan in the first round or Tom, but nobody's mentioning how _absolutely masterful_ Zylus was in the last round. Finding all those bodies, the first three made him sus but by the fourth one everyone didn't even suspect that he would call his own, and then constantly sitting by his own sabotage obj so everyone assumes he's got that one when it matters, fucking phenomal plays.
@Sir Handel I was talking about this game. I guess it's just different for me, I have been watching the Yogscast since 2010 I have rarely seen a clip that I found impressive other than them getting lucky. Though I play video games competitively so that may be the reason.
Eh I think it was more along the lines of the Duncan/Rythian/Tom bloc falling for Ped who does play suspicious by just following people and not doing tasks, I still think Zylus was more sus than Ped at that point tho

Poor Tom getting accused of “just disappearing” This game is slightly graphically glitchy- there have been a few times were someone has called me out for “venting” or disappearing when all I did was walk out of the room and they lagged Edit Funny story: I was a crewmate, and I think I was doing a wiring task where an arrow pops up to tell you where to go next. In trying to follow the arrow I wandered into the medbay and realized that the task wasn’t in there, it was in a room underneath it. While I was in there someone followed me in, so I quickly turned and left. As I was walking out the person turned to follow me and then stopped walking, just standing in place. I thought it was weird and figured I’d bring it up in the next meeting if that person was found suspicious Well they went and hit the emergency meeting button and told everyone I must be an imposter because I walked into medbay and then disappeared, meaning I must have vented away! Luckily my explanation of what actually happened (and the fact that many of these people were experienced players) vindicated me but damn I thought I was gonna die

at this point you have to wonder what they are paying attention to other than the game. The amount of times someone has died in TTT whilst yelling "its this person. they're killing me" and then everyone goes "huh? when did zylus die?"
@Filip Gasic The streams they've done are a lot better.. Like Pedguin has been doing a lot of streams playing this and they don't talk outside of meetings. I get it makes it a lot easier streaming that way though because then if you're watching Ped he can still talk to chat and such. On a video it'd just be silence and people running around, which I'm still fine with honestly since that's the game.. I think they have this misconception that they have to be talking 24/7 or else it's boring to watch.. but if it's genuinely breaking the game and causing them to not pay attention, that's the most boring to watch..

Fun shenanigans I like to pull sometimes: As Imposter, closing doors on the opposite side of the map from me. Usually nothing happens, but sometimes it catches someone and then they blame someone else and it causes chaos where everyone starts accusing everyone else and I'm just over here honestly saying that I was on the other side of the map. edit: Also, I believe that the shared ("common") tasks are on top of the tasks list for both imposters and crewmates. Like, if there's 1 the 1st on the list is it, if there's 2 the first 2 on the list are, from top to bottom. edit2: also, disappearing in the middle of a hallway with no animation nowhere near a vent is 100% lag. Not imposter stuff.

That was so well played by Zylus, by him pointing out that he always goes to the top left seismic stabiliser the rest of the group became dependent and relied on him going there, so when it failed for the last time they weren't prepared for him not to do the task, winning him the game
I feel Ped is really in his element in this game. In TTT he isn't as super ballsy because the guns, but here in these recordings and on streams he's been killin' it imo, very well suited to him.
If they didn't speak when they weren't supposed to then they might be able to pay attention and not just be dishing out the guilty verdicts like they're going out of fashion.

I really prefer this way of doing it, speaking during the whole game. I don't like how other channels only talk during the meeting, although I get why.
I think it would be better if instead of people talking freely during rounds, you jump from perspective to perspective and hear that one person talking only while seeing who is good and who is bad. Especially since when you eventually improve at the game it's damn near impossible to win as an imposter while people talk during rounds even if you try and keep the conversation off the game you still give up a lot of vital information. Glad to you guys getting in to Among Us though it's been my jam for a while now. Also good to see Tom back on the main channel.
Second round, when Ben was voted off, Zylus was the only other person, aside from Ben, to skip the vote, and not vote for Ben. I spent the entire game going ‘it’s so obviously Zylus’, and then finally Ben’s POV proved me right.
I mean it wasn't really a panic move Duncan made that play on purpose because he knew Gee was doing a task so not only would she not see it but he could easily put the blame on her because everyone saw them together at one point. Also he took advantage of how she's new to the game so she sounded more flustered than he did
I think the talking between rounds is actually alright with new players, it makes the game slightly different anyway as people aren't paying as much attention to who exactly they've seen etc. and you can use your talking to confuse etc.
Just a tip for you guys, when you have that many players you wanna increase the amount of tasks so the imposters aren't having to kill right off CD and spamming emergencies to slow you.

I really prefer this way of doing it, speaking during the whole game. I don't like how other channels only talk during the meeting, although I get why.
I think it would be better if instead of people talking freely during rounds, you jump from perspective to perspective and hear that one person talking only while seeing who is good and who is bad. Especially since when you eventually improve at the game it's damn near impossible to win as an imposter while people talk during rounds even if you try and keep the conversation off the game you still give up a lot of vital information. Glad to you guys getting in to Among Us though it's been my jam for a while now.
Also good to see Tom back on the main channel.

Second round, when Ben was voted off, Zylus was the only other person, aside from Ben, to skip the vote, and not vote for Ben. I spent the entire game going ‘it’s so obviously Zylus’, and then finally Ben’s POV proved me right.

I felt Duncan's panic when he killed Rythian in the first round and Gee was right there! The immediate blame was a bold move to cover it up.
I mean it wasn't really a panic move Duncan made that play on purpose because he knew Gee was doing a task so not only would she not see it but he could easily put the blame on her because everyone saw them together at one point. Also he took advantage of how she's new to the game so she sounded more flustered than he did
I think the talking between rounds is actually alright with new players, it makes the game slightly different anyway as people aren't paying as much attention to who exactly they've seen etc. and you can use your talking to confuse etc.
