Yep, I'm ashamed to admit I'm almost done with my 1st playthrough, and I've only ever used the light attack with living weapons. I never knew it had a badass strong attack. Aaaand, I kept waiting to unlock some kind of bare handed skill to be able to fight with fists. I found out accidentally that all you had yo do was not equip a weapon in one slot. (Facepalm)
@@kuanlimputera it's not a souls wannabe, it's a new take on Ninja Gaiden style with a pinch of Onimusha and Diablos to it, it has barely any elements inspired from Souls games and has a combat that shits on their combat
If a creature has a purple ki bar (yokai) then it cannot be knocked down. It's also an easy way to tell if a human enemy is actually a Rokurokubi if you see a purple ki bar even though they look like a normal human enemy. Yuki-onna is a yokai since she's a dead person raised back with the power of frost. Also, Mizuchi's special attack can knock human enemies down too, but Daiba-Washi's is easier to land since it's an AOE around you, while Mizuchi flies straight in front of you. The problem is, human bosses are also immune to knockdown when they activate their LW if they have any, and most human bosses DO have a LW. Exceptions could include the dojo battles, Sarutobi Sasuke, Hayabusa Jin (the latter two move super fast so it may be hard to land Mizuchi's attack, as I said Daiba-Washi is easier to land, you just have to wait for them to approach you.)
Love Kara-Jishi's design, but his right upper white swirly thing (looks like vanilla cream lol) clips through the white swirly thing on his shoulder, and that really bugs me. Also Atlas Bear instantly lost LW in the video after using the attack, is it really worth sacrificing your entire LW bar? I guess you could use it when LW is almost over, but still.
Saoirse vs. That boss is a perfect choice imo cuz you get to maximize that passive so you can practically stay in spirit form as long as continuously beat the shit out of your enemy.

I saw one guy/gal in several videos use the talisman with Atlas Bear with different combinations between onmyo and spirit and it looked like his/her damage did change. But he also stacked other debuffs, so I dunno.
i saw the spirit of Shinka has been risen up again after killing each enemy, ( 8:54 - 9:20 ) , why was that? Was it because it's "Recovery" is A+ but also taking amrita as food? By the way, I'm in the middle of Mission 3 maze XD

daiba wasi attack can knock down almost all human enemies, even bosses. The ice lady is the only one that cannot be knocked down.

Out of all the Thunder element (favorite) best design needs to go to Kara-jishi...but best attack would go to Atlas Bear.

Strange request, can you make a video of each Guardian Spirit's attack (Talisman or not) on a human enemy? Like ninjas or Ii Naotora?
Ninjas would be too annoying to test and get to, humans i find just weak to any of them, i might do an in depth videos on some of the gaurdians later

It's the same two buttons you use to activate the living weapon. Atlas Bear is the strongest most powerful one fyi.
