Jose Aldo's title competition is not close to Max's or Volk's title competition, Aldo is arguably the no.3 best featherweight after Max and Volk, as we already know Aldo in his prime could never beat Max or Volk.

The problem with Jones fighting Stipe is we still wont know if Jon is HW champion worthy if he beats Stipe because Stipe hasn't fought in 4 years.
I get why Jones wants to fight Stipe... But that gives him ZERO legitimacy at HW. Fighting Tom is necessary. I dont care what came first. This is where we are now.
