Fs25 NEEDS to add the enhanced animals, for the full game and not an add-on
Yes I agree animals in farming sim now are kinda boring and definitely need an update to make them easier to maintain

They need to stop refreshing the game with new maps and different vehicles. Its all just DLC sold as a full game since FS15....They need to do terrain deformation, grass deformation. Add say soil types that affect traction while pulling implements. How different tire configurations change the floatation of the vehicle on the soil type. Wreck your soil then need to grade it. All that sort of stuff.

I really hope they fixed the pallet system. they were always so hard to get to stay on the forks, and they'd get stuck in the ground, etc. I really hope this new engine helps with all of that.
I really love how the devs really support the modding community and pay attention to what people are adding, what they want in game
Crop dusting would be awesome
You see, I find farming simulator to be a disappointment because for 1, the lack of old equipment, which I feel like is a pretty important part. 2 the arcade like physics, and 3 The lack of depth any equipment has. You treat all equipment as a tool rather than a piece of machinery, you never have to maintenance anything. You just throw it away when you don’t need it.
Now I don’t know everything thing that farming simulator 25 will have, but I’m assuming it won’t have in-depth mud physics, it won’t have Terri farm type features built-in. And I have a good feeling it is not gonna have a wide variety of old equipment. Features like this and more are features that you would think a leading farming franchise would have by now.
Yes, modders do make this type of stuff for the game, but I think it’s a little sad that most of the content people want in the game has to be made by the people who play it. still at that There’s a lot of things that modders Cant improve like the physics/game engine.
I still like and play farming simulator, but they need to do some innovation. It seems like for the last few years they’ve took the same game updated it, added content and re-released it for a $50 price tag.
Maybe its my phone but am i the only one who thinks the textures and physics look exactly the same? or even worse. For example the piles behind the swather and when the crop enters the bean head.
9/10 it is, diffrent color pallet and a few updates
The final touches aren't apparent yet meaning still work to be done before releasing

So is the physics gonna be 2009? I feel like since 2009 it’s been that exact same game. Just a slight increase in graphics. No suspension physics or realistic driving. You turn just a little bit and next thing you know you’re driving into a building or almost flipping the vehicle. Not excited for this new game coming out because I know they will disappoint us.
I feel like their only so much you can do, this is a simulator game, unless something revolutionizing comes out in farming not much will change, the best they can do is realism through movement and graphics

Whats the longest you've held a button to plow a strip of a field, for me it 3 minutes, that was just a strip of field lol, the tractor would be minutes down the field with ai doing it

That meme "Welcome to rice fields" is stuck in my head every time i hear rice field.
I’ve been playing FS since FS16 and I love it, but I feel like the graphics still aren’t where they should be in 2024. The game looks great but there is some laziness in the crops, foliage in the game, and how the equipment interacts with the ground/crops when you drive over them. I’m still going to buy it but the average PC can run FS22 without batting an eye, they need to pump some work into the finite details.
You think giants is some AAA game or something, it’s probably a team of around 40 people trying to create a game with limited resources, have a break mate
@@SosaCT1 in 2024 that's not an excuse, not to mention that the team at Farming Simulator is 145 people strong and manufacturer sponsorships cover every p of development costs so they have no excuse. Its not a AAA title simply because they refuse to spend the money they pocket.
@@noodles_GA they’re a company who they’ve got to pay people’s wages and upgrade systems, having to pay brands for licensing etc, you think they’ve got more money then they actually do. They haven’t got thousands of people working on the games, at least there is very noticeable changes between FS games unlike fifa where it’s the same every year. Also they are doing all of this on their own engine which takes a lot of resources,time and effort. Plus the game isn’t 100% complete yet as one fella stated in the farmcon presentation that they’re still fixing issues and updating the game
@@SosaCT1 the manufacturers in the game pay them to put their stuff in the game, not the other way around.
I do think some people appreciate not having super good graphics, Most of the people who play fs aren't competitive gamers willing to drop 3 grand on a pc, so it's nice having a fun game to play without breaking the bank on a powerful console or pc

I'll say for such reputable and stable title like Farming simulator. Preorder should be just fine.
Farming sim games very rarely disappoint so it’s probably a safe bet to preorder it

Games like this with a solid reputation are perfectly fine to preorder.
God I really hope livestock get some love this game. As someone who’s raised cattle all my life and goats for a good portion (nothing on a major scale) I despise FS approach to livestock. Speaking mainly for cattle but it can be applied for the other stock there needs to be more breeds, growth cycles for the young and old, and for the love of God if I want to breed stock there needs to be males that HAVE to be in the husbandry with the females for X amount of time or at least an option to pay for artificial breeding you don’t just put an animal in a field or barn feed it and get a baby x amount of months later. It would bring some much needed management into livestock now pair that with a market for livestock where the prices rise and fall depending on the time of the year at certain points the market is good making you inclined to sell vs when the market is low giving you an easier chance to buy some stock. We don’t need to link the market to slaughter as far as im concerned giants could say that the animals you sell are going to a giant farm where they’ll live happily ever after
@@Matthew-ep6hs honestly as a 3rd generation farmer I would love for that to happen in FS 25 but also if they could let us load the cattle by hand and also unload by hand that would be better instead of click a button then boom they are in the trailer, also I agree with the market prices

I WISH NEW CROPS 12:27 WOULDINCLUDE ALFALFA AND CLOVER.Sorry didn't notice yelling my caps weren't ment.allso being able to plant pasture grass with mix of clover,alfalfa.i forget the name of grass they use to plant the mix. Also have more than one pasture to rotate.Farmers do use amix of grasses for there pastures now a days
I can’t tell a huge difference between versions but it’s a definite improvement. I worry about the ground textures they seem really flat especially the just cut crops they look like a basic mobile game. I’m sure it will look better on console (I hope)
I also think giants should make the collectors additions on console too, I would definitely pay more but I get why it’s on pc
I am so glad that we shouldn’t have to babysit AI on fields that are not square or rectangular. Since they are going the route of ground deformation, I wonder if they would make it that muddy fields can clog tires if they are not the right tires for the field or conditions like irl. Narrower tires could dig ruts and clog easier to the point that the section of field gets damaged and the tractor gets stuck. There is a mod out there for 22 that allows the field to get damaged when the wheels don’t have enough traction or a big enough footprint to disperse weight.
Does that mod work on console 🤔

This is basically FS 22 just with better graphics and a couple of new crops that mods have already done in the first place honestly there’s a lot of stuff that they need to do to the game to actually make a difference between each title because what they’re doing right now just making better graphics and a better engine so what, they need to do more. They’re getting lazy and sloppy at least from the old games there was a difference now not really much of a difference.

I don’t see the point in pre ordering, at least for console. It’s going to be months before better mods are added and tested and in my experience the base game mods are always limited right after it’s released. I’ll probably just continue playing FS22 until news of better trucks and off road vehicles are added. But it would be nice to see the lizard f-350, Silverado, and TLX 3500 (dodge), banshee, and dirtbikes, can am SxS apart of the game when it releases, guess we’ll have to see
I'm only concerned about the new brands coming to fs25 ...when will we know what they are ?
The fact sheets showing machines and specs of said machine will most likely start releasing in a couple months nearing the release of the game

i buy fog-simulator 25 when good mods start coming out, to fs22 it toke almost 2 years
There’s a lot more than just fog when you drive through a muddy field you can see the tracks in the mud the swaths look way better and a lot of new equipment and more

Confused why they’re still releasing this game with the FD1 header as MacDon has had the FD2 for a couple years already. Seems odd. Also they need to slow the reel speed down it’s just ridiculous

I can't wait to see 4x maps and hope somebody makes a map like umrv with alcohol and real companies. Fs 25 should have 4x maps. I don't know the why they don't outside of too busy putting stupid shit and productions in. Most farmers just sell what they produce with maybe little stores and farmers markets.

Depending the game like some shooter games give you skins just as an example that wont be available for you later, or become overpriced
When I get a ps5 in 100 billion years after the ps100 billion comes out I hope this game will at the very least have better driving in it, because in the older games the driving is all over the place and everything is hard to control unless your going like under 30mph

Mods are kind of annoying to keep up with too. always have to update, some are not compatible with others, some never receive updates and just do not work. Too much micromanaging.
I hope if they do another forestry map we get like a Vermeer tow behind wood chipper. There is a mod for it in FS22 but I really hope to see it integrated in any forestry map they may do.

We have mud mods but people don't like getting stuck in middle of field. ( I once tried to say this in reddit and they get extremely angry at me ).
Just add mud mod with ground deformation and you are good to go.

I havnt played fs22 yet, do they finally fix the custom field situation. So if i plow or cultivate a field and make it bigger, and go the contract way to seed it does the contractor seed the whole field or just what is originally there before i add on to it? I know the ai will due everything, but sometimes I dont wanna wait for them to finnish

This farm sim 25, they need to start making all graphics start to pop, i dont understand, why they take a new one out every 2 years when its far from great, please stop doing this...... just work every year on making 25 stunning, then move on when its amazing....

I've been a loyal supporter of the series since 2011. I often pre order but never really enjoy the early access as much as when the mods start rolling out. For this reason, I may not pre order this edition. They never even worked all the bugs out of FS22 especially online server issues. I see less and less improvements with each new version, and they are always rushing to meet the release date. FS22 was pretty bad on initial release. I still have versions FS15 - FS22 installed on my PC and it is quite interesting that I enjoy older versions more so than the buggy new versions. Overall, Giants will have to step up their game if they want me to continue purchasing the series. Things I dislike the most are the overpriced mods they push out, the loss of equipment across versions, the lack of basic things like GPS and Course Play, the lack of options for game play. For instance, the game should offer the choice of animal death or not. I could go on for days, but Giants always seems to do their own thing instead of listening to the community. I'll probably buy the game in 2026 after the bugs are worked out and the mods are plentiful.
I read a while back that animal death/slaughter will never be a thing in FS because it will change the games rating; and if it changes the rating they will lose some licensing contracts with companies such as John Deere who strictly prohibits it. If you want animal deaths you gotta play on PC and use mods.
This was actually one of the handful of main reasons I personally switched from console to PC. I have a pretty decent gaming PC, I just always enjoyed playing FS on console for some reason lol. Maybe it’s a nostalgia thing for me since console was what I first used to play FS on back when it was first ever released. It wasn’t until FS22 that I made the switch to PC.
Honestly though it’s like that with most games that are available for both console and PC; they’ll always be better played on PC due to mods that will give people things they feel the game is lacking, or needs improvement.

The water effects don't look good at all, looks like driving on pudding or jelly of some kind. There's no splashing wtf 🤣🤣 And the rest looks like the rest of the fs games, I'm honestly not impressed at what I've seen so far....

The game looks awesome and it’s a huge improvement. Only one thing I don’t like and that’s the fact they made gps way to simple, just like they did with seasons. Shame because it’s called simulator. But I will definitely be buying it because it looks a lot better then fs22.
That’s the problem with farming simulator overall, they dumb everything down for new players which I understand because if they make it as complicated as it is IRL then non farmers won’t know where to even begin. They are a company at the end of the day, But it seems way too easy now and gets very repetitive

They need to fix the AI, fix the John Deere cotton harvester to unload partial bales and a few other things in all its a great game just needs adjusting on some things
I havnt played fs22 yet, but I hope they improve ai too, like if I creat a new feild and I wanna contract that its posssible not just the field that was there first. Or better if I set the vehicle to run it does the whole field without missing small spots, like it should detect everything.
