- I think his laugh here is adorable.
So basically, what is happening in this video is that Yuzuru pulled out a piece of paper that asked him what he would be in 10 years.
And Yuzuru replied "I'll be an old man." To which Kenji replied, "Oi oi oi, there's a 30 year old man right here." Yuzuru laughed because in a sense, he kind of dissed (jokingly) that being 30 meant being old and useless when Kenji looks completely fine and young.
Keep in mind this is just my rough summary of what is happening in this little scene.

He said I'll be an old man, the uncle part is just him using respectful terms. He's laughing because he offended him while trying to be respectful and therefore says it is the biggest mistake/failure of his life.

Hello! Aside from the link I have in the description to the unsubbed version, I do not know of any full video Eng Subs available for this interview, sorry! Previously the link works without needing to log in but it seems regulations changed so now you'll have to create an account to watch the video (edit: looks like video works fine on mobile. It didn't work on my laptop though. But test it out if unsubbed is fine for you to watch). Japanese media is very hard to come by on TH-cam because of Copyright issues.
