I think this is the perfect size for me. Can't wait to visit Hong Kong one day. I think its ridiculous to live in a 1,600 sq townhouse by myself in the US unless I'm planning to have a family which isn't anytime soon. Thanks for sharing

Welcome to HK! You must be living at HK island which is close to MTR station. Thus the rental is a bit high. For shared rooms, usually it will be around $7,500/month.

Aren’t sub divided flats being clamped down on? Your flat or room looks nice compared to the ones on the news anyway…. Even comfy and Cosy lol….. maybe I’m thinking of different type of rooms ? Where people are cooking in the toilet etc… anyway those are from the old times
