Thanks for the videos and the inspiration (especially for us knocking on a bit), keep it coming and congrats on the overall. Onwards and upwards for next year.
It's been quite a year, you Def deserve that podium with all your effort. I feel like the drive probably helped too. You're all such a great supportive group and it looked like a riotous end to the season! Enjoy the outcome independence of just shredding for fun. So many podiums!!!
Dont know what your going through mate but from where i see it racing is your passion and what keeps you sane! Maybe an off season will do you the world of good!
Felt exactly the same as you Jim a couple of years ago, stopped all racing apart from 1 event. That was the Boltby bash (near where ard moors is) but the tracks would be more up your street as they are tighter, more natural loamy tracks and it feels like a fun day out with your mates rather than a race. Id highly reccomend it to you. Cheers 🍻
Time to chill, reflect and enjoy the winter. I’ve done that where I’ve had a word with myself after ride that was beating me. I suppose the crank arm couldn’t be replaced with the rules? Also out of interest who’s made the crank arm?
Rental stems are wack, need over double the torque to stop slipping and then you just risk snapping them. I've seen a pair go in chatel down air voltage. Put mine straight in the bin and got a unite one
Fairplay smahed up and still having ago. Havent been out for a fair while had a good crash at cwmcarn smahed my wrist and elbow up 😮😅 still not ready to go out
Hey Jim went out for a ride after work last night as its now daylight savings here and its suppose to piss down rest of the week. Last trail i did was called crank yanker, then i watch your vid, hows that??? Im wondering if maybe the crank fractured when you crashed, looks might it may have dug in. Anyway you got a great result which lifted your spirits, you must be pretty stoked! Keep it up im enjoying your vids. Maybe see if Orbea are keen for you to go global, not just local 🇳🇿
The Universe is trying to tell you something Jim. Watch the footage back from when you're following Stu, it's right in front of you on the lower back of Stu's jersey... ;)
Congratulations fella!!!! Jim, enjoy the next few months without the pressure. The CBD is a game changer isn’t it (spine and sleep for me)? Use ‘Choose and Book’ - I know, I don’t stop wittering about it, do I? - to get that nerve issue investigated by a neurosurgeon (spoiler, I had this and it was fixed promptly using Choose and Book). And was that the crank you smacked to f**c* your ankle….? And very excited in anticipation of whatever you have planned for next year. My first race ever was this year aged 67, the Welsh Enduro first round at Degla on my EEB and I didn’t come last even though I arrived at lunchtime and like Todd rode the newly cut stages blind. I’ll be entering a few of that series next year, but not all of it. Most of all “Just Shred!”🎉
Winning the overall meant you went out at the top, the best way to bring your racing to an end. Pass the baton to Tod and just do the odd classics and festival event. Anyway good luck next year, I look forward to the vlogs of it all. 👍👏
@PinnedTV just the pink orbea it's cool mate hope things are better now nothing worse than not feeling it one day, concentration just goes think we have been there. I dislocated my shoulder snapped my collar bone and tore the muscle clean off my arm feeling like this before, I'm just back on a bike this year from my accident few yrs ago confidence just lost, but was starting to miss it, I'm 39 so went for a Cube emtb in February it's my first ebike It's definitely brought the fun back to it and shoulder hasn't popped out again ha, take care
Well done Jim. Shame you had shit weekend though. Tod can take over the winning for pinned tv. Look forward to the new stuff you have planned. Keep it pinned👍

True and no comment, as it was a one off break and not fair on a small company to name
