Hairdresser here... Over the years I've invested my hard earned money on what I thought were premium quality hairdryers. First a Taiff Energy, then a Ghd Air then finally a Diva Atmos Atom. All of them got too hot and the motor suddenly packed in. I only used them twice a week and I really looked after them, and they broke. I now refuse to buy anything but Parlux or Fransen dryers they last forever. I also still have my Wigo Tafifun. These modern dryers don't last as long abd cost a fortune.
As a professional, I’m gutted that my GHD Helios packed in under 2 years. I’m a busy hairdresser, but I’ve had busier full time years, and hairdryers can last at least 2 years. I look after my tools. Fingers crossed my new Parlux will actually last.
I have my Parlux since 2008, still going strong! Thanks for this video!
I'm happy you find it useful!
I am still using my Parlux advance light since 2014. My next hair dryer will still be Parlux.
I have a Parlux since 2013 and still intact. A very good investment.
Would have liked to hear them both running to compare loudness - that’s the main concern for me. Thanks tho!

Dyson looks nice, but to curly hair I really prefer the Parlux one.
Why is parlux better for curly hair over the Dyson?
BOTH WAY OVERPRICED AND MEDIOCRE = NO THANK YOU
