got a problem, the slot where the 1/2 inch wrench goes in to put pressure on the pulley and take off or mount the belt broke off, bottom of the square space simply snapped off when applied pressure, its a one piece, now the wrench wont stay in place since I ended up with a partial square or top part, more like a U shape. Any other ways i could get that tensioner to move, any other tool I could Use? the pulley is brand new, cant take it back to the dealer now after I broke it. thanks in advance.
You might have to use a long prybar on top of the tensioner with the angled end down. push it down and put the belt over the prybar and once belt is on pull out the prybar out
Hi i have question about rear axle some volvos that have planetary reduction gears in hub,,,,,is there any after market drive shaft with flange that bypass planetary gear in the manner of increasing speed of van truck, top speed is 85mph,i brought it to mechanic and electrition they changed ECU program for un limit rpm but i don't want that ,i want increase speed please let me know if you have experience

The one on my D13 has 12 grooves, but the one dealer has got 10 grooves. But I need 12 grooves, which can't find...Any suggestions.

green one was a used one from Volvo engine, but red came off a Mack engine, i have not compared to Cummings but im sure they are different
You can just replace the bearings and save yourself some money.
