Thank youyour video saved me about $500 which is how much BMW wanted for labor (not including parts). It took me about an hour, but I replaced my armrest over the weekend. Pro-tip: it's easier to remove or add the (2) pins THEN hook the spring if the armrest is all the way open. If I knew that to start with it probably would of been a 15 minute job. Thanks again
It’s actually pretty simple, only reason why I was kinda struggling is because it was my first time doing this. I’m sure if I do it again it will be much smoother 👍
For anyone that does this. You do not need to push the spring back in. Lift the armrest and it automatically clicks the spring back into place
Didn’t work for me but the armrest was still able to function without the spring being put back into place properly
I had to Push the spring a little bit but it was much easier like this
Prove it
You are officially a LEGEND!
I opened it n the spring popped back in ,great video thanks
Sheeeesh! I know your going all out on this interior 🤤 looks so fire with the extended leather dash! Build is looking so tuff on another level…

This video was painful and she always states "nice and easy", while struggling on each step!
