I did Secret Santa a few times at my jobs. At my first one I just went around telling my coworkers what to get me. At the other job I couldn't really do that because I worked at a bowling alley with a sports bar and restaurant so too many people to try to say what I wanted

At school I was helping making sure everyone had a gift and everyone handed everything in. So I was making sure all the gifts had a name tag when I found one didn’t have one. So I went around asking everyone if they definitely had a tag on the gifts they brought in and so I went around the room. I came to this one girl and asked her if her gift she put a name tag on. She then got scared and said she got me for secret Santa and she said what she got me. It was kinda sad because it was my first time and the surprise was kinda ruined now but at least I got what I wanted and I was super grateful for that
