I just got one of these for white water rafting and mainly as far as Im concerned for head trauma would be getting hit by a branch or paddle t grip. did you have any times you hit your head that was notable and if so how did the helmet hold up against it damage wise?

I don't have the helmet but the helmet is rock climbing certified and also for white water. If your helmet is certified that you can get hit in the head by a falling rock and be fine then I'd say it should meet your requirements unless you need it to be ballistic

@@hm_stg i was asking more of what damage might be shown on his helmet if he was hit in the head by something.
