You should boil them unpressurized 1st to remove the scum then if the broth is clear then you can pressurize it for your desired length of time.

Bulalo is my favorite plus fried fish , great lunch for me young couple Mark & Abby but I only eat once a month due to cholesterol intake on my body health.

Liking a cuisine or any food for that matter usually comes by acquired taste meaning kinalakihan natin and pagkain at panlasa ng sariling atin, Knowing and seeing your wife enjoy the bulalo which by the way I have not done and tried pouring the broth with pieces of meat on my rice the way she did makes it really special. Keep it up bro!
How about sinigang sa bayabas?fish or meat will do.by the way,the bulalo looks and taste AMAZING.and it's gonna taste more amazing with calamansi and fish sauce as a dip.double AA plus for the effort.

Guys you have to boil the beef first, watch out once about to boil or right after boiling remove the beef dirt on top of the pan. After removal that’s the time to start boiling in pressure cooker
Abby Abby. I just am loving seeing you enjoy the bulalo dish which is really good. I remember once you said that Mark will never let you get hungry. Now you know it is true. Like any Pinoy husband. Hotel California has their own version called ox tail soup. It taste just like bulalo, but no corn they just put carots, peanuts, potatos, and cabage.
Are you talking about kare-kare? It's a pilipino dish, main ingredients is oxtail and peanut butter. It's sooooo good with rice!
