The company is Carnival Cruise Line, I worked for this company for 8 years, and had heard about it 7 years before, The Titanic 2
Love the podcasts, this one is low on facts. This submersible was EXPERIMENTAL hence no regulations or lack of regulations to follow. There was a window in the titan to look at the ocean, not a screen. And the submersible did have 20+ dives and some successful missions with ticketed people on board.
