I have been with my wife for 55 years. When my wife was 20 years old, she was diagnosed with endometriosis. She was in very bad pain finally after two years she had the surgery done. They removed one of her ovaries and one of her fallopian tubes. They told us we could never have babies. We adopted a child. Two years later, my wife got pregnant, which we believe was a miracle and we ended up with two girls. I hope that they find a way to help you. The surgery did help my wife however after many many years, she does have scar tissue now but we are 71 years old now and we have had a great life and hope to continue to have many many more years together. I hope they can help you with your pain. Peace & love.
We are so sorry for what you are going through. But thank you so much for sharing this with us. All your information is so helpful to all of us. None of us should be putting these products in our bodies. Please keep us informed. It’s very hard to go through your house and eliminate these products. It was inspiring to watch your video. Keep up the good work. And please keep us informed ❤️❤️❤️
I recently read an article that had a comment from someone who used DMSO topically and orally and had some relief from endometriosis. Many reports of significant pain relief from many other maladies. It is an alternative that does not have many side effects. I'm using it for varicose veins and precancerous skin patches and I am impressed after 3 weeks. Search DMSO endometriosis midwestern doctor and you should fine one of many articles about DMSO recently put out.
I had the same issues. I went carnivore and I was able to eliminate almost all the symptoms!! Processed foods along with sugar and gluten are awful. Hope you find the path that works for you! 😊
Check out the books by Dr, Joel Wallach. Basically, mineral deficiencies are a big problem. Next, gluten and lectin bore through the cell structure of the stomach and intestines and then all the invader substances start wrecking ALL your tissues of the inter-abdominal cavity. The lymphatic system has to try to lift this garbage out ( up from feet where it gravitates to). These poisons wreck each organ of the body in 100 different ways different for everyone...
Yes! Micayla Peterson (Jordan Peterson daughter) swears by the carnivore diet…she eliminated her lifelong pain and inflammation, etc just by doing this diet. You can find out more on her socials.
Mikhaila Peterson's TEDx talk is on her channel here on YT. I've found what works for me is carnivore, dairy and fresh fruit. I've been doing that for a while and then found out it was mildly fashionable. I'm very active and fit and on this diet I don't have ups and downs of energy, sleep deeply an no longer wake up with more aches than I went to bed with.
I was 12 yrs old when I was diagnosed. My doctor had never heard of anyone that young. I've had a lifetime of dealing (suffering) with it which I am still doing today, decades later. I wish you all the best, sweetie. Listen to yourself & if you disagree with a doctor, a treatment, anything, get a 2nd or 3rd opinion. ❤️
My daughter was 15 when she thought her appendix burst, after a doctor visit they send her for scans, she had a massive cysts, because she was so young no doctors wanted to touch her. A few week laters she had major paid again , took her to a lady doc and she found another huge syst plus indometriosis what they called she was diagnosed with PCOS . In Gr 12 they removed all issues. Since she was 15 they told her she would never have kids. And I told them they just doctor's when God is ready you will have a baby 1 day. She's 28 and our miracle baby is due now in Feb 🎉❤ I must say she was on the pill to help reduce cyst and the indometriosis And she started living very healthy Don't give up my girl , live your life don't let the doctors scare you into another bloodgroup ❤❤
I feel for you girl. As someone who was bedridden with an autoimmune disease, I have tried the gamut of diets. The only one that got me healing results was carnivore/animal-based diet. Which is now just my way of life. One of my symptoms of my autoimmune was a chronic cough for over 10 years. It was gone after 1.5 weeks of eating this way. I have had so many more things healed (but I will spare you). But I have to add, I feel it’s super important to do a parasite and heavy metal detox (my entire family does this twice a year) and you should get tested for mold toxicity. Anyway, it’s just my personal experience and because someone else shared this with me, I have had tremendous healing over the years. So thankful to God. Praying for you!
Parasite cleanses are a must if you eat a lot of meat. Here in the US, most people don't think we have a problem with parasites, but they are a part of our human condition, even here.
As a future nurse practitioner, I am sorry to hear your healthcare providers have chosen quick "fixes" instead of trying to get to the bottom of what is wrong in your body. I watch stories like yours because I want to get better as a future provider myself. I want to know what the journey is like, what the symptoms are like, what to tell patients to expect. I want to learn from what other providers did wrong or right. Stories like yours are helpful for my learning. I hope with your condition now being diagnosed, you get some relief and have the best possible outcome!
I scanned thru all 787 comments (at the time). I don't normally do things like this, but your story was so compelling. I was pleased to see a lot of support for the carnivore life style. I was happy to see Mikhaila Peterson referenced a couple times. My story very briefly is I was admitted into the hospital on 2/24/24 with a minor stroke. Discharged on 2/26/24. I binged watched videos on the 2/27 and declared myself carnivore that day. I'm on day 316 right now. I'm down 30 lbs. I don't have fatty liver anymore. I'm no longer pre-diabetic. My testosterone improved from 242 on 6/18/24 (1st test) to 452 on 1/9/25. And I can still kick up into a free-standing handstand at 69 1/2 years. I've been a hand balancer my whole adult life. I'm also another vote for you to check out the Carnivore Diet. My diet is mostly hamburger and eggs (don't be afraid of red meat). But you're a smart young lady who does her research (just like your mom) and I hope the best for you. My wife and I have been following your family's adventure since you moved to Idaho. I think GSL was at about 65k subscribers when we subscribed to it. Good luck to you. We'll be watching. Rick & Cheryl.
@@rontaylor3403 no bread,no carbs, veggies , fruit or sugar. Plants are trying to kill you. Lots of meat and fat. Get some real butter. Redmonds Real Salt has some good electrolytes you can dump in water. I drank a lot of Raw a2/a2 milk at first. You can do cheese. Don't forget eggs.
@@rontaylor3403 I did carnivore as well for almost a year. I ate lots of ribeyes, 70/30 hamburger meat, bacon and eggs and drank water/ unsweet tea. No sugar, artificial sweetners, dairy etc. I not only lost over 30lbs in 2 mo but the inflammation in my body went away for the most part. My bloated abdomin and puffy face dissapeared! If you google carnivore diet, you can find many youtube videos to give you ideas to change up ways to cook so you don't get bored of eating the same thing over and over. Good luck!
My best friend was diagnosed with endometriosis. She had a few miscarriages, but then the Lord Jesus healed her and she went on to have seven children, 3 of them at home! :) Take heart.
Wow, it's not easy living with daily pain and inflammation. I'm so impressed with your intelligence and the way that you handle things and take control of your life. You are amazing.
You are already so far ahead . You will figure this out. Our healthcare system has lost the plot and I’m glad you are focused on finding a more holistic doctor. I think we are all discovering how much the food we eat and the products we use are harming us. We all need to simplify. Kudos to you for doing the work,
I so admire you for taking your life into your own hands and showing how mature you are and still letting some sunshine out. I know your parents are so proud of you. Prayers to you.
Ooh Nevaeh, bless your heart. I'm 60+ and have lived with it for since my teens, my first doctor wanted to do a Hysterectomy at 16 and I refused and found another doctor. You've got this and God has you! 🙏🏻
My 35 year old daughter found out almost 12 years ago that she had Endo. She has not been taking care of her health like you are doing. Three years ago, she found out she had ovarian cancer. Yet she still is not taking care of herself like she should. Just last week, she found out she is at stage 2 cancer. I pray that with the fact you are doing everything you can to stay healthy, that you may live many decades. I'm sad to hear you are going through this, too, but I'm glad you are doing everything right to stay heathier.
So sorry Nevaeh. My daughter, 45, just had her 4th surgery to remove scar tissue caused by previous endometriosis surgeries. I would also suggest a clean diet. Start with 5 foods- if you feel better, great but if you don’t then eliminate. You might have to start with one food then add every week. It’s a pain! But you have done a lot of the hard work by cleaning out your home. I think you should research Carnivore, lots of positives for healing. Praying for you!
I have endometriosis, I was diagnosed at 16 and I have a lot of information at the age of 41. I am also gluten free now. I will tell you Nevaeh do not mess with your hormones with Lupron. That is one scary scary way to treat endo and there are a ton of long term side affects they do not report. Endo women do not respond well to synthetic anything. I also found I have a preservative allergy which I was able yo get tested through a dermatologist but very few do this testing. I am praying RFK fixes our food and products in this country. If you have questions let me know. Also that leg pain 🫢 I can still feel it as that pain is burned in my memory from when I was your age. Side note, I had 3 children so don’t let anyone scare you for the future.
Rfk will probably help with the food here, but we can do some things ourself. Grow a garden, but if you don't have space you can grow healthy greens and lettuce in a south facing window or use a LED shop light. They even sell bulb type grow lights one or two is enough.
You're such a sweetheart... knowledge about what we put in our bodies is sooo important...you will find your balance and you are such an inspiration ❤❤❤❤
I had all kinds of medical issues and started the carnivor diet a year and a half ago I lost over a hundred pounds and my neuropathy went away that I had for many years it truly has changed my life at 45 years old I don’t take any medication for anything. God bless you and your family 😊
Hello Nevaeh, Last year I was diagnosed with some health issues: Type 2 diabetes, extreme GERD, and arthritis/inflammation in my joints. I was forced to make drastic diet changes. I started with keto, then switched to a carnivore diet three months ago. My health has done a complete turnaround. I have way more energy, my joint pain is 80% better, my GERD is gone, and I have reversed my Type 2 diabetes. I understand that your situation is different from mine, but I believe that the food we put into our bodies definitely controls our health.
I also agree, a lot of it is about the food you eat. I have a friend that also has endometriosis, she had to take quite a few foods out of her diet and turn it into a very healthy diet to get rid of most of the pain. I believe that the spillover channel with Alex, on you tube, recently did a video with a female specialist that discussed the link to most cases of endometriosis to the diet and toxins as the cause.
I just left a message on your mom and dad’s podcast about Carnivore! Mikaela Peterson put her auto immune diseases in remission with Carnivore, specifically the Lion diet. Check them out you won’t be sorry!!!
OMG I was diagnosed with Type II Diabetes, Arthritis, Neuropathy, Sacralilitis, Chronic Pain Syndrome and I went completely no meat at all, some small amounts of cheese on my salads, occasional eggs, AND fasting 3 times a week... To date I've lost 87 pounds, no more diabetes, still have arthritis and my scans show my knees are bone on bone but my pain is tolerable so I'm not having them replaced. My neuropathy is off and on, cold weather it's worse (NY here), My Sacralilitis hurt's my lower back all the time but the Siatic Nerve is a hard one... I do get injections in it, have a TENS Unit and Prescription 5% Lidocaine Patches that help a lot. Thankfully I'm 62 and Not Nevaehs age. I'm now a Tired And Retired Nurse. Care for Your Precious Body Through The Years Young People Because You Only Have One ❤!!! Pain Is No Joke!!!
Neveah I’m sorry to hear about your pain and diagnosis. I’d like to tell u a little about myself… at age 11 I started having severe pain and other issues. By age 12 I was diagnosed with lupus (SLE). It was so hard to get a diagnosis because my symptoms weren’t typical of any 1 certain disease. After a long list of doctors and specialist in my area I was eventually referred to Mayo Clinic in Minnesota. That’s where my diagnosis was made however along with their diagnosis they added a grim prognosis that by the time I would be 16 I would be confined to a wheelchair and that I’d be lucky if I lived to be 18. But I believe in God not doctors because as I mentioned I’m 61. Doctors can help in some cases but God has the final say. I know you walk by faith and I know you trust in God. I pray His will be done in your life and that He put you in the direct path of medical personnel to help alleviate or eliminate your issues. God has plans for your life to prosper and live a joyful life!! I believe He will heal you completely in Jesus name🙌🏻🙏🏻♥️🙏🏻🙌🏻!!! I will continue to pray fervently for healing and restoration in your life sweetie…sending love from Kentucky… I carry each of you in my heart and ALWAYS in my prayers 🙏🏻♥️🙏🏻
When I turned 19, I went through a similar food purge as you did. My focus was eliminating all refined sugars. I had already become pescetarian. The intrusian by sugar was mind blowing. I couldn't believe that ketchup and mustard had tons of sugar! In the years since then, many sugar-free products have appeared so that has become much easier to deal with. Also, you mentioned "egg bites" as a favorite! That is a Costco item which comes as 10 or 12 to a pack which costs $9.95. A nice choice with red peppers mixed in subtly. I am not surprised by the cost of "real food" being about the same as mainline processed foods. There is much to learn about the economics of the processed foods. We would all be better off without them.
Too many people are hesitant to question their doctor and don't want to bother getting a second or even a third opinion. Good for you for not giving up. Our healthcare is in our own hands.
I am 65years old and I feel everyone! I am so happy that you are taking care of yourself! I have autoimmune diseases- my adrenals are messed up! I have osteoarthritis in all of my joints. Had 11 surgeries. Have been fully disabled for 20 years. I live in the same valley that your father did. Did you notice my last name? It is unfortunately in our genetic makeup. Boy are you brave and so strong the way you have made all the health decisions. Your sibs are watching you and learning from you ❤
Nevaeh, I am so proud of you for being so concerned about your health and wanting to know what was causing your pain. The food you fixed for yourself looked really good and delicious. That would be awesome and amazing if you were to come out with a cookbook for people who have Endometriosis disease ❤... love you and your family take care of yourself 💖
I'm 55yrs old. I had endometriosis, which led to 11 miscarriages and cervical cancer. Listening to your story explains a lot more of what went on Ty. I had a radical hysterectomy 3yrs ago. I just had a colostomy and endoscopy done on Monday and they are checking for Celiacs disease. (To which I looked up the symptoms and have 13 out of 15 symptoms SMH) I'm so happy they found out what you have sooner than later ( even though it took some time) due to you not giving up. Im so sorry you are going through all this and have to deal with all the pain and things that come along with it. You are a STRONG young woman and have a strong support system ❤🙏🏻💯. I do have two wonderful children. I hope by sharing my story I didn't scare you about anything. ❤🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻 Nevaeh I would love to know what app you used to tell you about the foods when you scanned it please. 😊
You exactly described the journey I went through, from doctors gaslighting & shaming me for even saying I had "bad periods", to doctors trying to say "you probably have cancer and need a hysterectomy" (when I was young). Both extremes were wrong. When 2 doctors finally did the right testing, gave me the right info, and took the right actions, my life improved. I did ultimately end up with the hysterectomy but not until my 50's. Keep fighting for yourself, be your own advocate (as you said you are doing).
Definitely check into Castro oil packs and stay away from any processed food! As far as household products I’m slowly eliminating them also. I started by making my own shampoo bar. So glad you are you are doing your research!
Hey! So I have been hypoglycemic my whole life, constantly sugar ups and downs, and I changed my diet to Ketovore, and cut out all sugar, and I cannot begin to tell you the health improvements! I eat a good breakfast and then don’t eat again until dinner, which is still so weird for me because I ate all day lol…going organic is so much better for your health, and not eating all day and giving your gut a break is also good, you really will not want to snack, I am so metabolically healthy now. Love your using the Yuka app, it is so helpful! Stick to it, you will be so thankful 😊
I suffered with endometriosis and it was horrible!!! That was when I was in my late 20s and it really was horrendous. I’m sure they’ll be able to help you now. Best of luck. Praying for you. ❤️🙏🏻❤️
You are in my prayers, sweet lady. I pray you get relief soon with your diet and supplement changes. I'm proud of you for taking matters into your own hands and all the research you are doing. Sending you gentle hugs and blessings.
Good for you to take charge of your health! Eating whole unprocessed foods can lead to new hobbies....like gardening and food preservation (canning dehydrating etc). My grandson was on the schedule for a liver transplant at age 30 and turned around his condition through diet changes. He now cooks all his own food (and has developed some delicious salmon recipes) and is getting into growing his own herbs and general gardening and canning. BTW, he is so much better now he has been taken off the transplant list, and is just being monitored. So proud and grateful that he took charge of his health - I know you can do it too. You got this!
Yes, there's a connection between thyroid and endometiosis. Have they put you on some sort of thyroid medication yet? Keep looking for an Endocrinogist who will, and your symptoms should improve. I've lived with it since I was a teen, but did'nt get treated 'til late 40's, when, as soon as tests were perfected, to know what's going on. Stop suffering and get the treatment you need, otherwise, various symptoms will continue to come and wreek havok (sp) on your life. Get well my dear, and keep us posted on how you're doing. I hooe you don't get any surgeries. Inflammation comes and goes and moves aroubd to different regiobs if your body, while the throid is not functioning well. You'll get it under control soon. Take care.
Wow. I’m on a parallel path. I’ve had food allergies my whole life that put me out of work when they reacted. Be glad you have a diagnosis. I just got a diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis which causes my food allergies. I’m 81 and my lifelong food allergies probably have been caused by RA for possibly my whole life. Undiagnosed till now. Ugh. I feel your pain. Some things I learned that might make your changes more tolerable. 1. We are what we’re east and put into our bodies. 2. It took us years to get where we are so reversing it will take time. 3. Things were out into our body that react with us negatively are addictive so when we stop then we get strong cravings for them. We need a fix. 4. In your cold turkey the addictive fix ends in 4 days. If you still feel the cravings it’s probably psychological and that will pass. 5. Any change you need to make is best done completely all at once. It ends up being easier. 6. Don’t do everything at once. It’s too overwhelming. Do the ones that may have the biggest payoff first. 7. Once you make a change don’t go back. Don’t cheat. The price is too high. The cravings come back immediately and you have to suffer all over again. 8. Don’t mourn what you’ve lost. Rejoice in your healthier forecast and fuller life. God bless you are a beautiful woman inside and out. Chip away at the solutions. Don’t let it run over your life. Bob
I'm very sorry for your diagnosis, however you are doing all the right things! I was diagnosed in my early 20's, had surgery and still had 2 children later in life. You have a great support system and I wish nothing but the best in your new health journey! Always here if you want to chat to someone who's been where you are. All the best. Love your videos.
I’m so sorry you have to go through this. I worked with a girl who had the same thing as you, the pain she went through was awful. Stay strong, today that girl has a 1 year old baby girl.❤️🥰🙏🏻
I’m sorry about your pain, but it’s good that you have an answer. I have Coeliac disease so went through a similar diet change at 45. Additives and preservatives are hard to find in some foods, you are doing a great job in finding them, what app are you using? Just stay positive, you have great family support which is so important during this time. ❤❤❤
I have enjoyed your humor in your videos, this one was serious. I’m sorry you have this health problem and for your pain. I’m praying for your healing and for shalom.
First, I'm proud of you. Second, I was diagnosed with stage 4 endometriosis when I was 23. I am now 54. I had 3 tumors the size of grapefruit and 5 golf ball sized. When they went in for surgery I had a frozen pelvis and they had to chisel all my organs away from my bowel and abdominal wall. I was diagnosed with hoshimotos thyroiditis at age 18 and multiple sclerosis at age 34. They put me on depot luorin after the surgery (puts you into menopause) it ruined my life. You are correct with changing diet, as this has been the most helpful for me in my 40's. I was on burth control pill in my 20's and progesterone on my 40's. The amount of pain I was in (i had subsequent surgeries every 2 years to "clean up" my disease. If the internet was available I would never have done the things I allowed and will really never truly trust doctors. Was your thyroid checked? I was told recently that my thyroid probably was the catalyst fir everything else and if they had treated that properly then I probably wouldn't have had the endo and MS. I suggest a functional medicine doctor. Also there has been a link to overuse of antibiotics and this. I was on antibiotics for a whole year with recurrent strep when I was in 6th grade and this also messed with my micro biome. I can recommend some other things if you are interested. I am praying for you ❤❤❤
Except for the thyroid diagnosis (although i was "borderline hypo" my whole life), this sounds like my story.😢 And, my current doctors don't understand why I don't trust medical "opinions"! Nevermind the fact i worked in the medical industry for 20 years! Sadly, after menopause the pain is even worse than ever. I was told it would get better. They were wrong, yet again!
Praying for you 🙏 . Your a very strong young lady . Thank you for sharing everything you find out about everyday times and what it can do to your body .
A couple years ago, I found out the chronic pain I've experienced my entire life was due to a dairy allergy. I had already started a journey of cooking from scratch, thankfully. But honestly, now the thought of spending money to eat out is just not apealing anymore because nothing compares to what I can make at home. The more you cook, the more you will learn exactly what you like and the more you will enjoy cooking and eating it. Dont give up! It is so worth it to feel better! And it can end up being tastier, too! ❤
My daughter would ditto this comment! She has so many allergies but is thriving by making her meals at home. No gluten, no dairy, no nuts, no seed oils.but she can cook with beef tallow and olive oil.
I’m so sorry you are going through this. You are an inspiration to take your health into your own matters and do the hard things to help with your situation. I’m praying for you.😘
Great research work! Love that you're taking your health into your own hands, Nevaeh! You're on the right track with what you're doing! Thank you for sharing your journey and inspiring other young ladies. Prayers!!❤
I tried all different diets to help with my arthritis. Six months ago I tried carnivore it helped with my inflammation right away. I know it’s going to take a while to totally get rid of the inflammation in my body, but I’m going to stick with it. Not waking up in pain every day is worth it. Good luck on your journey, sending prayers.
Absolutely! Maximum nutrition through carnivore. This will remove the inflammation and most illnesses are related to lack of full nutrition caused by chemical supplements, fillers and preservatives in food & vitamins, cleaning supplies, etc. Totally sinplified my life and made me healthier!
Thank you so much Neveah for creating this video. I live with pain every day. I downloaded that scanner to see for myself what I was putting in me. This is very informaive! In Canada unfortunately, Hello Fresh has very few meals that don't have gluten in them so I had to cancel my membership. 😪 I tried talking to them about it and they basiclaly said if you are that sensitive then dont' eat it. They actually told me to just share the meals with a friend but keeping buying them. We had some choice words and I will not be going back.
❤❤❤ Welcome to my world. The journey in front of you is doable, but not easy. I'm over 60 and my symptoms started in my early teens... and was only partially diagnosed for over 20 years.
Hi there - so as someone who is wheat, dairy and sugar free. I would say " don't worry! " . The Hello Fresh food - type of homemade food is the key for me. Make your own pestso from your amazing garden etc... Anything in a package is usually a problem. This does translate to more time making your food so keep relying on Hello Fresh until you become more comfortable with the "making " part. IT IS GOING TO FEEL SO GOOD JUST TO FEEL GOOD AGAIN !!! Believe this because I am proof ha !!!! Have a great day Nevaeh!
I wish you the very best Neveah in your health journey and look forward to seeing how this all pans out and I pray it gets all sorted out. Have a lovely day.
I’m sorry to hear this, but it appears you are doing a lot of research and not just depending on the doctors. Find what works for you and helps your body and mind. It’s great that you are living next door to your family, so they can be there for you as well. ❤❤
I'm so sorry to hear about your diagnosis. I was around 40 when I was diagnosed with it. I had had my children by then so I had a full hysterectomy. Prayers for a successful resolution to your condition. I know it's very painful.
You are such a joy, such a ray of sunshine. It truly is not fair that you have to be in pain like this. Keep fighting and figuring it out. I have many sisters and family members with endometriosis, and I know you can manage it once you find out what works for your specific physiology. Take care! ❤
hey nevaeh! i just wanted to say how proud and inspired i am by you being so open and so willing to share your story which God is writing for you! I'm around your age and i'm going thru figuring out my own messed up hormones and finding the root cause. i know the unknown of the future can be super daunting but God's got ya girl! i just wanted to cheer you on in taking your health into your own hands and not just believing the that first "easy" treatment (like the pill) will heal you! i'm praying for you and it's so cool seeing soooo many people relate to you and your story! 🤍
@NevaehSouza my Yuka doesn't do my soaps. I noticed you were able to on yours....did you get the premium acct in order to get the better list of things?
I give you lots of credit. For doing all checking on everything. Ive had pain for 10 months now in my right side stomach. Last month was when the found a tumor It all has to do with endo. Now just a short story about me i had a hysterectomy on june 1 of last yr. It was Uterus Cancer From that i got this small ball near waist area right side my oncologist check me every 3 months couldnt find anything, had CTS done. Finally in Dec when i couldnt deal with the pain i went to ER. THEY did ct again, ekg, and a biopsy of that ball. It is a tumor (cancer) didnt want to hear that the pain never goes away with me so have been trying to deal with all the pain. NEXT week im having a Petscan to see if there is anything else in my body. IM clostaphobic, so thats not going to to good. The pain keeps me from eating. I cant stand, sit, sitting makes it worse. Hopefully soon all this will be over. Tired of the pain nothing takes it away some strong meds make me sick so ive been baring this pain. I wish you all the best. But you're doing everything better than me. Hope you get relief from the pain. GOD BLESS ill be praying for you stay positive it helps.
FYI, sometimes when a product's safety info says 'do not induce vomiting' it's not because it's safer than other products to ingest but that it can do more harm by bringing the substance back up again and potentially causing more damage.
Oh Nevaeh, I'm so sorry you have to go through this. I feel so bad for you! Keep fighting this with research and hopefully other women in this community will have some excellent tips to help you work through this! MUCH love from MN!
Look into the carnivore diet...I had a lot of your symptoms and now after a year on carnivore, I just got mild fatigue but its getting better & better. I think it was my adrenal gland but doctors don't diagnosis adrenal fatigue, wonder way! I wish you better health!
You're lucky to get answers at such a young age. For 30 years, I was ignored and waved off by doctors. I had a hysterectomy in 2018 where that surgeon found endo but never told me. She didn't remove it properly, and she never did follow up treatments. I started having horrific abdominal pains a year and a half later. After many tests to rule out different illnesses, I was sent to a different GYN specialist. That was late 2019. Given my history of endo (again, I was never told until I went to his office), he said he was certain that was my issue. He did surgery and said I had stage IV endo. The surgery, in his words, was difficult but not impossible. It was life changing. 5 years later, though, and I'm starting to have "menstrual" cramping all over again. Sadly, that 2nd surgeon has long retired. I'm not sure what I'll do if it gets severe again.
What a great channel you've created! Such a great mix of education, humor, and being so relateable. Definitely going to be watching your videos in the future. What app were you using, and would you please do a review of the home/body care products you've been using? You've encouraged me to switch! 💕
I was wrongly diagnosed with Endo. Being a migraine sufferer added to why dr thought endo. I did all the diet stuff but evently was finish having my family and opted for the hysterectomy. I think you are wise to tackle things as you are doing! Much better than waiting and you are right you will become a much healthier person all over even if it isn’t the magic items to fix endo. You are an amazing you women and your parents can be proud of the way they have raised you!😊
Oh, bless your heart …Nevaeh! I have an auto-immune disease for 26 years now! Hashimoto …I went on an elimination diet (carnivore- meat based diet) made a world of difference! Wishing better long -term health for you! Take Care & stay safe! Happy New Year! 🥳
Yes I learn about new diseases everyday on Dave Macs TH-cam channel. Then find out how carnivore cured after years of Doctor visits $$$$. People who aren't " In the know" think it's a foolish fad but it literally heals everything and then some.
That seems to be a common theme. Hahimoto's, Type 1 -1/2 diabetes, lung disease, kidney disease, liver disease, and Ovarian and uterine cysts and fibroids. However, I never thought my endometriosis was connected.
So sorry to hear of your diagnosis but it’s encouraging to see how diligent you are in your research. As you were scanning food ingredients, cleaners, & personal care items was it an app you were using? If so can you share the app you used. Thanks & be well!😊

I’m so sorry you are going through this pain! Are there any trained homeopaths in your area who could help you with the pain?
Use rice flour for baking and coating instead of wheat flour.
Barbara O'Neil, check her videos about what you can do with natural medicine for your symptoms. Hope this helps
@@alexandragaleafenedi2626 LOVE HER!!!
❤
Amazing ❤
I had a 10lb 8oz boy with one ovary. I had miscarried in my other tube, so they took ovary and tube out.
I had the same issues. I went carnivore and I was able to eliminate almost all the symptoms!! Processed foods along with sugar and gluten are awful. Hope you find the path that works for you! 😊
Yes, this! I was going to say look into Paul Saladino and Jordan Peterson! Both got rid of our managed inflammation issues!
Most of the usa and Canadian foods are designed to keep us unhealthy because the same corporations own everything
She's 28 and our miracle baby is due now in Feb 🎉❤
I must say she was on the pill to help reduce cyst and the indometriosis
And she started living very healthy
Don't give up my girl , live your life don't let the doctors scare you into another bloodgroup ❤❤
I also agree with doing the parasite and heavy metals detoxes !❤
Parasite cleanses are a must if you eat a lot of meat. Here in the US, most people don't think we have a problem with parasites, but they are a part of our human condition, even here.
I came here to suggest Carnivore and parasite cleanse. I feel validated.
My sweet granddaughter is going through this just like you. God bless.
hamburger and eggs it is then , could you elaborate a bit more on your diet what about bread and drinks?
Good luck!
ALWAYS PRAYING FOR THE ENTIRE SOUZA FAMILY. SENDING MUCH LOV & WELL WISHES GIRL.
Dear Lord please touch Nevaeh Souza with you healing power we pray, Amen
My best friend was diagnosed with endometriosis. She had a few miscarriages, but then the Lord Jesus healed her and she went on to have seven children, 3 of them at home! :) Take heart.
I love how mature you are about all this. You go girl. So glad you found the cause to all your pain.
🤗🙏
I found any chemical made me feel worse. Organic menstrual products are a must too.
Bless you for sharing this information with this young lady 🤗💖🙏
The leg pain I dealt with a lot in my teens. I found eating something with cinnamon, which has iron and is a warming herb, got rid of my leg pain.
I am so impressed at your willingness to making drastic changes in diet, health. Also your so well spoken and I know your parents are proud. ❤
Endo was the first thing I thought of when you started talking about your symptoms.
You are so beautiful. Pray all works out for you. Your so young to be having all these issue's
That is such an amazing story ❤️❤️❤️❤️ thank you for sharing 🙏🏽
I was diagnosed with it when I was younger, it is good that you are being pro active with how to deal with it 🙏🏼
You exactly described the journey I went through, from doctors gaslighting & shaming me for even saying I had "bad periods", to doctors trying to say "you probably have cancer and need a hysterectomy" (when I was young). Both extremes were wrong. When 2 doctors finally did the right testing, gave me the right info, and took the right actions, my life improved. I did ultimately end up with the hysterectomy but not until my 50's. Keep fighting for yourself, be your own advocate (as you said you are doing).
I'm praying for your health and healing. 🙏
So good to hear you are diagnosed and can now incorporate lifestyle changes. You go girl🎉
Prayers for full recovery🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻...
Thanks!
Thank you!
Definitely check into Castro oil packs and stay away from any processed food! As far as household products I’m slowly eliminating them also. I started by making my own shampoo bar. So glad you are you are doing your research!
I agree!! I am learning so much about Castor Oil too. It’s amazing what it does!
I have had tremendous relief from pain due to gall bladder issues with caster oil packs. Worth a try
Please make sure to use Organic, cold pressed, hexane free Castor oil!
@@LiberLady Absolutely!
YOU ARE AN AMAZING PERSON. I REALLY HOPE YOU GET BETTER.
So sorry Nevaeh! Praying for you to find a path through all that! Best wishes. ❤
We will be praying for you. At least you know now the problem and can start to heal.
Praying for God's divine healing for you ❤
I’m so sorry you are going through this! Praying for you! 🙏🏻
So sorry to hear this, Nevaeh! I am glad you have answers now though, and can begin to manage it properly.
I suffered with endometriosis and it was horrible!!! That was when I was in my late 20s and it really was horrendous. I’m sure they’ll be able to help you now. Best of luck. Praying for you. ❤️🙏🏻❤️
I’m so sorry! I’m praying for you!
You poor Dear, I’m so glad you found a diagnosis for your condition.
Take care.
I'm keeping you in Prayer Nevaeh... ❤
I was going to edit my post , but could not find it. My sister in law has it, and she is on a special diet. I am praying for you Nevaeh! 💜🙏🏼
I am praying for you ❤❤❤
Castor oil and frankincense topically on your thyroid will regulate your thyroid levels. I lost mine before I found that out.
@@Sirius-lyOf course, they are only practicing medicine, treating symptoms. 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️ I do not trust the For profit medical industry.
Black seed oil instead of antibiotics all the way. Black seed oil builds up the immune system.
Honestly a homeopathic doctor/functional one that treats the whole body. THOROUGHLY RESEARCH ANY DRUG A DOCTOR PRESCRIBES YOU.
Praying for you 🙏 . Your a very strong young lady . Thank you for sharing everything you find out about everyday times and what it can do to your body .
Glad you know what's going on and getting a handle on it all x
Nevaeh, you are in my prayers and praying for you to be pain free, a long and healthy life full of love and happiness. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏✝🛐🙏❤
You've been popping into my mind the last 2 days... Sorry to hear what you're struggling with and sending you healing thoughts and energy 🫶
I’m praying for you.😘
I so sorry Nevaeh. My daughter was diagnosed at 16 with PCOS
I thought Nevaeh was going to state they diagnosed her with POTS.
Wishing you better health this year. May God extend his healing powers over you. 🙏🌻
Thank you ❤️
Great research work!
Carnavor is the proper human diet ! It will help her ! 😊
Same!!! Helped me 💯
Me too! 2.5 years carnivore.
Absolutely! Maximum nutrition through carnivore. This will remove the inflammation and most illnesses are related to lack of full nutrition caused by chemical supplements, fillers and preservatives in food & vitamins, cleaning supplies, etc.
Totally sinplified my life and made me healthier!
Taking it into your own hands and praying about it are your best actions!!
Aww, Naveah. Bless your heart, your changes & your mind. You got this!
I’m so proud of you! Way to take responsibility which then gives you POWER!
Wishing you all the best moving forward. Hopefully the diet and product changes around the house will give you a lot of relief.
I wish you the very best Neveah in your health journey and look forward to seeing how this all pans out and I pray it gets all sorted out. Have a lovely day.
Good luck with your journey glad you found a doctor to figure it out and knows how to help you.😊
Im sorry that you were diagnosed with this but glad you were. You are young and will learn early on how to maintain this. ❤❤
Thank you so much ❤ you’re right, Gods got us :) I hope everything goes well on your journey!
I’m so very sorry about your pain. You are such a beautiful girl. Prayers things get better.
My thoughts are with you. My wife had this. When you started with the symptoms, that was my thought about Endometrosis.
What app is used to scan products? Thank you for sharing this information. Your channel is such a blessing. 💚
Yuka:)
@@NevaehSouzathank you so very much.
@NevaehSouza my Yuka doesn't do my soaps. I noticed you were able to on yours....did you get the premium acct in order to get the better list of things?
@@terriwineman1311I didn’t, I just researched my soaps on google
Poor thing. Prayers for you. Glad you found the issue and are treating it.
Your courage and humor are impressive. May Our Father continue to give you both. Amen.
Bless your heart, I will pray for you as you go on this life changing journey.
Thank you for sharing Nevaeh
Sorry to hear that sister. Wish for amazing experiences and awesome adventures while you go through this. "if can, can..." Malama Pono!
What a great channel you've created! Such a great mix of education, humor, and being so relateable. Definitely going to be watching your videos in the future. What app were you using, and would you please do a review of the home/body care products you've been using? You've encouraged me to switch! 💕
Thank you so much! ❤😊 the app is called yuka!
You are an amazing you women and your parents can be proud of the way they have raised you!😊
Please take care of yourself. You got this, you can adapt and overcome this. I'll keep you in my thoughts and prayers.
Great information! Hope this all works for you.
