j'ai un duotts f26 depuis janvier 2023, et je vous décris tout les problèmes depuis 6 mois d'utilisation. Tout d’abord il est arrivée avec une rayure sur le cadre mais pas trop visible vue de dessus. Ensuite le bouton de verrouillage de la batterie c'est déserré et c'est fait la malle. Mais duotts a fait un geste et doit m'en retourner un autre à voir dans les prochains jours, par contre grosse perte de charge de pression dans les freins du coups un freinage minimum en fin de course des 2 poignées. A mes frais car Duotts considère qu'on bout de 700km c'est normal (il me réponde c'est l'usure, alors que les plaquettes sont nickel) En faite cela nécessite d'investir dans un kit de purge avec un bidon d'huile minérale. Les cellules dans la batterie se balade et ça c'est pas rassurant. Mon display le Yolin YL81F s’éclaire beaucoup plus en bas d'ecran plutot en qu'en haut du coup, en plein soleil on ne voit pas le niveau des batteries ce qui est très handicapant. Mais comme il marche duotts ne veut rien savoir. Depuis 2 jours je n'ai plu d'affichage de la vitesse tout fonctionne sans code erreur, sauf la vitesse et le kilométrage. Je pense que ça vient du capteur de vitesse mais le hic c'est de savoir ou il se trouve probablement dans un moteur mais pas d'info la dessus. Du jeu de plus en plus important commence à se faire sentir dans la fourche. Conclusion au début c’était un très bon vélo, au bout de 6mois beaucoup moins, du coups pour un vélo taff, c'est pas l'idéal. Beaucoup de temps a passer pour retrouver les pannes et peu d'infos techniques au final. Un SAV assez pitoyable à l'autre bout, avec des commerciaux complétement incompétent techniquement. Je ne sais même pas vers qui me tourner pour mon problème de vitesse. Alors bon courage à vous si vous choisissez ce vélo !!!!

E' arrivata con il supporto del display spaccato, la levetta per staccare la batteria è saltata al primo giro (svitata quasi del tutto, evidentemente), fanale anteriore molto diverso dall'immagine sul sito (è orrendo) e pinze dei freni di colore nero, anziché rosso come pubblicizzato sul sito (ma questo è, evidentemente, un aspetto non grave). Comunque tutto è andato bene fino a qualche giorno fa, quando la bici (usata poco e con la massima cura) ha perso la "grinta" che aveva, soprattutto in salita, quando attivo il secondo motore. Evidentemente, o in quest'ultimo si è guastata qualche bobina (in corto, bruciata) o il controller ha un guasto parziale. Entrambi non sono apribili. Ho contattato l'azienda mediante i canali da loro indicati per l'assistenza, zero assoluto come risposta. Dunque pensateci bene prima di procedere all'acquisto di questa (cara) cineseria.

How to activate the dual motor? With my scooter I just can switch between the modes during the ride. Is it similar here? or do I have to set it when the bike is switched off? Is it shown on the display that dual motor is active? I haven’t found any information about that.
My top speed was 56.3 km/h, but this can vary based on factors like the rider's weight, terrain, battery status, wind conditions, tire pressure, and more. It's a tough question to answer precisely! :) Thanks for watching.
Hi there 1. Turn on the display. 2. Go to advanced settings by holding “+” and “-” at the same time. 3. Press the power button until the display shows “P08”, and press the + or - button to adjust the value to “67”, save and quit setting, to finish unlock speed.

@@djidroneadventures4059 thanks my friend now I will definitely do so as I already ordered an 22.5 ah chamrider battery will place it in an bag on the rear rack unfortunately this bike has no bolt hole for the second battery in the center of the frame . One year on tho it's an excellent bike If you be handy and take care of it . But definitely my next ebike go to is them lankeleisi ones they're damn quality when I compared two next to my duotts the 1200 euros difference was sparking itself indeed .

Front fork is horrible, had to chage it after first ride... But overall is good for this price.
