OUR LAST DAY AT THE TWITCH OFFICE!! 🥹
as you all may or may not know, my partner, kevin, was an engineer at twitch for almost 5 years. i consider myself an honorary twitch employee from the many times i’ve visited him at work and the number of twitch happy hours i've been to. fun fact: their previous COO, kevin lin, hung out in taiwan during the pandemic and I got to hang out with him several times when I was living there last year! twitch staff is everywhere!
(my) kevin really loved his time at twitch. he met an amazing community of smash players there (they've got some legit pros!) i asked him what was a MUST-HAVE for his last day in office and his answer was…well, you’ll have to watch the video to find out (hint: it’s a circle-shaped sweet😉) hope you all enjoyed the twitch office tour :D as grad szn is coming to an end, who knows, maybe some of you new grads might be interested in applying here?!
anyhow, these past few weeks have been hectic flying back and forth from LA to SF, but the time spent with everyone made it worth it. let’s hear what some of you guys are up to so far this summer in the comments below 👀

it's definitely a big leap for him! he studied for MONTHS and finally landed at riot. really excited for him! i can't wait for the riot office to open up so i can hang there haha

i don't think so :( from what i've seen, equity is not high at all. game dev comp really is much lower across the board. D:
