    I’ve saved your workouts for over a year, almost 2 years. My dad passed
    Away at 80 3 weeks ago from Covid. I’ve been a mess. Your workouts have saved my sanity. Every day I just want to stay bed, but I get up and do your workouts and then I’m able to tackle the days task of being executor of dads estate. Thank u 💫

    I managed to do this after bern in Hospitial with a fall black out did two back stretches and 10 miniute relaxing stretch it really helps yr mind I feel better already but hve to build up slowly love it Shelly yr a star

    Phew! This one is surprisingly tough! I've been doing your workouts for nearly a year. I started with just 10 minutes cause that's all I could manage and I liked that it didn't take too much time in my mornings. Now I do this or a 15 minute one each day and 30 min on the weekend. Great having different workouts so I don't get bored!

    🌻Thank you, Schellea! Traveling for last couple days sort of knocked me out, sitting long periods of time in train ,& car. Not used to everything freezing up on me, semi-dreading how I wouldn't be able to do this walking workout much. So: Did my best, and it won't surprise anyone here to know that this lovely workout got me much closer to un-frozen knees, etc!

    We love your workouts, and do them every morning, but you take second place in our daily routine. The first place is daily text, and Bible reading with coffee. Then it’s exercise, stretching, whatever ticks are fancy that day. Keep up the good work.

    💃Yes! this was my 3rd one today~ Moving arms & legs all different ways like this, different from how we use them normally through the day, is so good for circulation, not the least beneficiary of that being our brains! If this turns out to be the last of the day for me, I can't think of a better way to wrap up my workout routine- 'til tomorrow. Thanks, Schellea!

    Just tried this for the first time today as I'm short of time. Loved it and feel great. Including balance exercises is great for me as I have an inner ear problem which affects my balance and I need to do things like this to retune my balance organs .

    That was really amazing! I did the excercises till the end..of course, I held on to my chairs ( in between the workout) placed on either sides .to avoid slipping 🙃!
    I really liked the rope pulling excercise towards the end..n of course, ur magical words encouraging, ' don't compare ur body with anyone else's..yeah..v true! I have a beautiful one n m proud of myself for owning it! Wow! Tnx for making me get that grt feeling!

    This is day 3 of doing this video! I tried the 30 min rebounder hiit and lasted 8 minutes this am! Well, then I just turned this on and thought, perhaps tomorrow i can do 9 minutea on the rebounder! Trying to get fit in my back and legs to support my knees!!!
