Two old friends 😂✌🏼 Freddie opening up for Roger to go crazy with his super fine ROCK voice 🔥💥 Just Roger’s luck to be in a band with FREDDIE MERCURY 😱 If Freddie had not been on earth Roger would have been leader of the pack 😂😂✌🏼 They used to be young poor struggling roommates and remained friends for life. Roger said he didn’t know how wonderful Freddie was until they lost him 😢 One thing is certain there wasn’t one band member in Queen who wasn’t a musical genius 🥰♥️🌷♥️
One of my fav songs written and sang by Roger Taylor (Queen's drummer, the blonde one) I also recommend you songs like: sail away sweet sister or '39 (written and sang by Queen's guitarist) or hit singles like: The Show Must Go On, Another One Bites The Dust or Don't Stop Me Now (great songs) and also, I'll say this again once more (sorry if I'm annoying, not what I want), you should defineatly check out: In The Lap Of The Gods, Live at the Rainbow 1974 (make sure to mot put the one who has the word: revisited on the song's name, I'm talking about the not revisited one), It is a good hidden jewel!!! Pd: This song is on the band's 8th studio album called: The Game (it came out on 1980), one of my personal favourites...
Thanks so much for doing an album track. There are so many reactions to the hits these days but the album tracks really reveal the true essence of Queen.
There was a disagreement among the band as to who should sing this song. They voted and Brian wanted Freddie, while John wanted Roger. They compromised - Freddie sang the “intro” (don’t remember if that was added to the song or already there), then Roger came in with his also great voice! One of my favorite song discoveries!! Thank you for reacting to this! 😊🙏
This song is an interesting example of the democracy within the group. Roger wrote this song but when it was recorded Roger sang an entire version of this song and then Freddie sang an entire version of it. The group was split on which version to include on the album. Roger and John thought it should be Roger’s version and Freddie and Brian thought it should be Freddie’s version. They finally settled on Freddie singing the intro and Roger singing the rest.
Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! I’ve asked so many reactors to react to this song but they haven’t done it yet. You are the first one I’ve seen react to this fantastic song!! 💜💕💜💕💜💕
RRRRROGER TAYLOR .. I love his raspy voice!! Definitely dreamy with those sea glass blue eyes!! Anyway, check out a song Roger wrote about Freddie featuring Jeff Beck, who just passed away - OLD FRIENDS ..th-cam.com/video/ZgSdnHXpiT4/w-d-xo.html
Roger wrote this song and it has a bit of a Beatles feel to me then it kicks into something that might have been a Who song. You can hear Roger singing every note, even when Freddie is singing lead and John is driving it home on the bass, he is on fire. It is time to dance when this song comes on. Brian is making his guitar sing and bringing in some of that 60s rock and roll sound.

Great Queen track. Once it kicks in, it's a perfect one for the dance floor.
Roger coming in signing lead!
I remember when this came out, lol

That last bit, when the sound went side to side... it used to bury the needle on my dad's old stereo
Love this song and roger smashes it ❤
Roger is one of the best singers of all time😎
Love it, Freddie in the beginning, then Roger rocks it.

Rogerrrrr ❤
My 3yr old grandsons song. I'm teaching them early to hear real music, not music by a computer.
