That will ruin the speaker as well as the charging port. Second. You never use a METAL hook to clean out a charging port , it will scratch the metal bristles that make contact with your charger. Not the big brush with ofc more metal bristles. All bad and clearly ZERO knowledge as to what’s being done.

I am not an electrician or dell tech, but I don't think is good idea to clean that port with a metal pick. I will use a plastic one and to clean that side a metal brush will leave a lot of scratches. I will use maybe just a towel.
