Wow, that is so funny! I have a thing with tropical islands, as you may have noticed. I was actually supposed to land in Tahiti yesterday for a six-week swing but had to cancel... instead I'm in California right now. Not as exotic... Reunion Island was on my list for a very long time. It's a great destination. The French Overseas Territories, in general, have many gems. Happy travels!
