if you were in a group that had one more interrupt than u currently have, would the interrupt tracker overlap the raid CD icons? (ie spirit link totem)? if not how do you avoid that? assuming you’re using OmniCD

its showing % of the max possible % that u can get cause there is a limit of IP depends on your max HP
