Fixing Rudder Shake/flutter on large Rc Airplanes

Larger planes has large rudders and they have a bit more weight to them. Digital coreless servoes will try to hold the rudders in center at all time and sometimes that will create flutter/shake. Here is an easy fix for the problem.
