- With this video we're revisiting some of the most interesting autorotations from the previous four-part "Autorotations!" series, but this time, we're throwing in STICKMOVES! If you want to see a part 2 of this and want to see a specific autorotation demonstrated, let me know in the comments!
Thank you Erik for shooting this video, for the crazy stick cam setup and Steven for your presence. - ยานยนต์และพาหนะ
Never have I seen such mastering and control.
Very nice flying man and the radio video is informative. I learned two things just by watching you fly 🪰
Thank you 😊 👍
1- Shut off the motor halfway through an overspeed.
2- Floating auto, when to start descending at a faster rate for touchdown.
that double auto is the BOMB! so good brother :)
What the heck man. Just when I thought I had seen it all. Amazing stuff here. Love autorotations. I used to do them on my Trex 500's years ago all day long. Just sit at the field autorotation after autorotation. I can't get the courage to try it on my M4. I suspect there is no room for error at all with the M4.
Man you are bad to the bone on Auto's. Glad I found this. Cant wait to get home and see it on the bigger screen.
Are you using close to full pitch to over drive the blades?
good pilot frent......
Nice moves!
Thank you!
Can auto rotation be performed in any collective pitch helo? I wanna try this out in the v950
Really impressive....
Thank you!
N. 4 😍😍😍😍😍
Nice, when motor is off you set pitch to middle = 0⁰?
Io credo che quando spegne il motore, il passo lo mette in negativo ( -4 -- -10 ). Si vede che con motore off lo stick lo tiene +- in mezzo.
Ok so on the Procrastinator how did you manage to spool the head up not once but twice?
I wish I could give it a 1000 likes! LOL!
Wow, amazing things, i wasn't really realising that a helicopter can actually 'glide' like that. Wow, it makes them more unique compared to so popular nowadays quadcopters :) good job! I'm actually planning to get a heli myself. One thing i didn't understand is how actually you turn off the motor? I carefully looked at your sticks and text annotation but didn't really see any extra movement from you for turning the motor off. How exactly it happens?
Thank you! Just pulling a switch outside the stick camera's FOV with my middle finger ☺️
@@Johnny31297 Ah i see! I was guessing that there should be extra channel for the motor control :) what about RPM change, is it changed with some extra knob on the control unit or it is done only by some programming before flight? Thanks for the reply.
wow
So your hitting throttle hold right before the flare in some of these auto's?
Check the annotation right below the autorotation's name at the bottom of the screen, it's there to show you exactly when I switch my motor off.
How positive pitch you use to do Autorotation mode floater ? Congrats
Wow!
good
thanks
