@Ishi Saproo what does this comment has to do with islam? and for your information, muslims of india do have their own cultural identity. just look at the mappila muslims (muslims of kerala). they have their own dialect (mappila malayalam) their own cuisine(considered to be one among the richest food culture in india) their own art forms (oppana,vattappattu,mappilappattu,daff muttu,kolkali,arabanamuttu and many more) their own clothing style(kuppayam, pattum thukilum etc) their own rituals and ceremonies(for weddings and other festivals)..and many more things. the case is same with the other muslim communities of india,like the beary muslims of karnataka.. the popular indian musics like qawwali ,sufi music etc. are also from the muslim culture. the muslim- indian languages like beary and urdu are well known for their high quality literature. and so, muslims of india do have their own culture and it is a part of our indian culture.
