Dreamy garden and gorgeous assortment! And you're glowing :) The psychology coaching session sounds intriguing, I'd love to hear your biggest aha moment or a takeaway.
Thank you for your sweet comment & great question!! one of the Ah-ha moments was Finding personal flow.... & Always Seeking my true Rooted Center... I was reminded of when I was dancing & performing... we would practice what seeking center felt like in our bodies... And the reason for the word 'seeking' is that.... our Rooted Center is always present & grounded... but not rigid or stiff. ...Life is like a dance. .. imagine the seaweed in the ocean, flowing & swaying gently from side to side...front to back ... & reaching upward to the light... our lives are like the seaweed...Dancing & swaying ... rooted but not rigid... always seeking Our Rooted Center... enjoying our live's flow & Dance 🥰 Here again Nature is showing & guideing us to Healing us back to our True Nature... unconditional love.... 💚🌞💧🌱🌿🌸🍓💚

@@WisdomCollectivebyRena WOW this was a beautiful analogy. "Rooted but not rigid, always seeking our center" I will remember this forever. THANK YOU
