I had been watching this video religiously as well, I took my test last week Thursday and passed theory but failed practical. I seriously think that the Fairfield state board location is super biased. I felt like I did better with practical than the theory portion but passed the opposite. Some other chick who was taking the practical portion the 2nd time stated that she failed again this time and got a lower score than the first time which makes absolutely no sense. I want to retake my practical test but I don’t wanna fail based on how the examiner is feeling for the day…I wasted soo much money out of pocket for books, supplies, school, state kit and paying application fees to state board. I’m over it for now. Anyways, for the blood exposure portion…..the kit from Rent-A-kit did come with 2 ziplock bags but it didn’t come with gloves so I just added gloves into the first aid kit. Since it came with 2 ziplock bags….I just used them to double bag the “ blood contaminated trash” which I think helped me score high on that portion. I hope this helps someone💝
I passed my theory but failed practical as well. I felt so discouraged and embarrassed. I was physically nervous and the proctors were condescending and rude; the whole testing environment made me feel so uncomfortable. I hope that I can pass on my second try, but given how things run at state board, I have a feeling I might fail again.
