i mean, when you're actually marrying the Love of your Life and you're actually only intending to do it that one time, of course you'd wanna do it real big if you could. Don't hate on a couple for having their Dream Wedding, not when clearly they are both Ancient Souls Reuniting from seemingly Lifetimes of Separation. i mean, i'm torn between my lifelong Dream of a huge, fancy wedding where i'm brought to the Aisle, with my kids that i already have, dressed like princesses, in a horsedrawn carriage and they walk me down this long Aisle where tons of people had gathered to witness this Once-In-A-Lifetime Grand Event, like i'm a Royal or something... ...or simply eloping with an ordained minister and maybe our kids or a few close friends as witnesses, or maybe not even that, maybe just us and some candles on a deserted beach somewhere under the fullest of moons (i know it's "bad luck" and i should marry on a New Moon, but i wanted to marry under a Full Moon to say goodbye to my old life as a singular individual and Embrace my new life as one half of an AMAZING Partnership...) But i digress 😅🤷🏽 Either way? A person is Entitled to few pleasures in life, most are just bonuses. But i think if you're Marrying your True Partner, then you're Entitled to whatever type of Wedding Ceremony you prefer, and as many as you feel is Necessary to Achieve your Goals. Lots of things are wasteful, yes. And going Minimalist isn't ever really a bad idea...
