Thank you bro! I’m really loving Minimus Prime lol that’s his name. So far this mini has really impressed me! I’m happy to be part of the mini life now 🙌
On the fairings next to the front sprockets, those four bolts/screws going down either side (the 8 bolts/screws in total) don’t actually need to be removed, it can come out as one piece. The gas cap does not need to be removed either.
I simply used a short length of pipe and a bolt to blank off the throttle body pipe. Choose a bolt that is large enough it needs screwing into the pipe then two clips, one to secure to the body and one clip to secure the bolt. Cheap, works and saves a trip to the shop.
Thanks for the video and all your effort to make it while wrestling little Benny for his air box. I n the future it is not necessary to remove the fuel cap to pull the tupperware from around the tank, makes no difference. Deleting the charcoal canister, you will smell gasoline fumes and stink up the garage on warm days and there is zero gain in performance. Bike looks great, thanks again.
Thank you for the great feedback and words of advice. I did not notice really any horsepower gain to your point. So it makes sense. Thank you for watching the Channel and ride safe 🙏 these things are so much fun 🤩
If I wasn’t planning on putting the old airbox back in there is got to be a shorter way than to take apart the entire motorcycle to install a better air filter ration system I think I can go with cutting it out just my opinion
Recheck that the pins are actually touching with the paper clip or probably you would have to cut the harness and splice them together. I had a couple of issues as well in time writing it would disconnected do the same thing. I ended up just cutting the harness and putting the wires together. Seem to fix it but I would recommend just double checking the plug. There’s another video you can check on TH-cam if you search the Benelli charcoal system removal.
I’m trying to find a cat eliminator pipe black widow has one but I can’t get it shipped to the states do you have any recommendations it’s for my Nelly 135 2023

hey be careful i have full balck widow exhuast on my benelli tnt 135 2022 also and has the swme coloring, it will go lean if u dont grab a poaer commander or get ur ecu flashed, poaer commander says will fit 17-20 but will also fit 22
I want to do this mod but I’m currently dealing with a cutting out issue and stalling when slowing to a stop. I have a full black widow exhaust that is my only mod at the moment. I don’t want to just start throwing parts at it. Has anyone experienced a cutting out , loss of power issue. It seems when you turn key off and turn bike back on it goes away. Then shows up a few min later. Could be an issue when bike is hot. Thanks everyone
I think this is a nice supplement to the chimera intake video I recently posted as just an overview, but you actually got the install process. Seems like that air box put up quite a bit more of a fight than mine. Once i dropped one side of the tail, the air box twisted right out. I was also surprised you hacked up the stock intake box after fulling removing it instead of cutting right off the bat! One recommendation for clarification in the video, I think it will be hard for viewers to tell which portion is for the intake and which portions are for the charcoal canister because you kinda just jumped right to it. Maybe some on screen text to specify the steps for the canister are not required when installing the intake? Example: for the intake you do not need to cap off the fitting at the throttle body, that is for the canister that is now removed. Just so people don’t get the 2 modification steps confused 🤷🏼♂️ Good video though!
Thank you 🙏 ya man lol I just did it all in one shot. I do agree. I could have did a little better explaining everything but I didn’t really plan on taking out the canister. But once I took all that out I was like screw it lol. But I do appreciate the good feedback and suggestions. I really do. Be safe out there. An thank you for watching.
You spent $100 for air filter. Then you trashed the air box that encloses the air filter from the elements ? Now it's wide open to the Elements ? Not a good idea !
The struggle is real! Glad you were able to get it out without cutting! Bike's looking good, man!

Very NICE!! Eventually I’ll get the Chimera for the Grom. Your bike is looking and sounding so good!!
Thank you 🙏 I hope to ride with everyone soon!
Really had to tear the bike apart for this one. As always great content Yari.
Thank you bro! It was not bad till I had to wrestle the box out lol
Was watching your video. The gear police rag me ALL THE TIME LOL

Wow great job that is a LOT of work for just an intake install. Easier to install a ZAC intake on my C63s AMG! Benelli is good quality build tho.
Great video,
When the filter needs changed what would that involve ?
Loos holding nut from top side of filter and replace ) house stay in place, don’t need to disconnect from throttle body

I should have tried that. But I was to scared to cut or scratch something. But a small dermal tool could work. Be careful 🙏
Looks like an older Monster without the plastics 😎
Yup lol I love it!
All those screws don't have to come out on the tank cover !
I did everything exactly how you did yours and my check engine light still comes on and shuts off while I'm in 2nd or 3rd gear.

@@yamayari8351 definitely will double check. If I need to cut I will let you know thank you.
Yari did you ever have to have the ecu flashed? I just ordered this same intake and have the same Black Widow exhaust.
Sorry for the late reply. I have not and it’s been running really good the way it is. I want to flush it but probably will do it sometime next year.
Please, brother, I lost all the plastic parts in an accident that I dismantled. Please tell me where can I get them???? 😢
Aliexpress
Any noticeable differences
Yes. Especially on the top end. Gave it a little more go :)

Wow, that’s never happened to me. Maybe it’s running to lean??? You may need it flashed with that exhaust system.
Hey what side of Florida you on? I’m in Davenport and just ordered the same intake. If you want a riding buddy lmk
I’m in Debary. Would be cool to get a ride in! Hit me on FB.
