    You need to upgrade the fuel pump stage 2+. Try a b58tu pump, change your plugs etc. that’s why custom rolling road tunes are better rather than MHD as it’s suited to your specific car

      We did full logs, this map from mhd should be find with the standard pump. Also the fuel pressures were all good throughout. Dunno. Will change the plugs tomorrow. Cooler ngks all round and go from there

      @@SALVAGENATION try using a stage 1+ or stage 2 map. Even if you have bad plugs I’m sure you’d still get more than 2bhp. I reckon it’s a mapping issue

    Sometimes its better to having a custom map bcus these type of maps dont connect to the car right , i got a 116i n13 stage 1 136 to 225 +

    Go with uprate fuel
    Injectors and pump if there is kit also the pressure rail after you done the service and it don’t gain , loving the cinematic on this one ❤️

    I haven't fitted a strut tower brace on 1 of my cars since the 90's......so maybe things have changed. But back then the proper way was to lift the front tires off the ground, install the bar, and then drop it. When installed with the load of the car on the front suspension I was taught that the benefits are negligible. The CF tips were indeed the proper choice. It's looking good my friend.
    Edit: change the plugs and coils and run it on the dyno again. My N54 with stage 2+ and the Xhp stage 3 flash eats plugs and coils every 10k miles or so. I ran the car on stage 1+ for a few months without issue. Once I went to stage 2 plus it was misfire city. Changed the coils and plugs and it was happy. I'd recommend FCP....after that 1st set they are basically free moving forward. I run the NGK 1 step colder plugs gapped to .20.

    There’s some reviews on which maps to pick on MHD on the owners groups as people are having dyno runs with 95 Ron and 98 Ron maps and making pretty much same power but the 95ron map has better timing corrections. Might be worth having a look at that
    Just had my 2013 (EWG) m135i on the dyno yesterday with similar mods to you apart from I got VRSF high flow cat and I made 404BHP but had 500nm+ through the rev range which I wanted (stage 2+ 95ron MHD map) also got the 1 step colder spark plugs in mine
    Also some rear subframe and diff inserts make a massive difference
    Hopefully this might help you 👍
    I’m also thinking of changing the HPFP to the b58tu (£325 from brise) little bit of modding to make it fit but should take half hour to do and switch the connector round on it

      No no no, try the 102 map using 99 Tesco momentum and it’ll be faster with more timing advance and torque power. Very little corrections

    Spark plugs and coilpacks should be the first thing you do before a tune.

    No clue why you wouldn’t do a full service before going stage 2, plugs and coils always need replacing when pushing more then stage 1. It’s More then likely you need to run colder plugs dude should be a simple fix, to be honest I wouldn’t run more then a stage 1 on the 55, bottom end isn’t the best.

      Couldn’t get them in time. The dyno became free last friday. New plugs coming tomorrow. Ngk cooler ones coming tomorrow. Will start filming the next ep tomorrow. Stage 2 is good for me. No more

      Standard plugs run fine even up to stage 2. People do run standard plugs and people tune the shit out of n55s on stock block you just have to maintain them

      You need to run colder plugs, if you want to do correctly standard plugs are not gapped correctly for stage 2 and will only last a few 100 miles, and course issues on hight load, which is what happing in he’s video

      @@buzz1629 I don’t think running the plugs will give 100bhp out of nowhere even if the stock plugs are bad he would get better results. To run stage 2+ you need an updated fuel pump otherwise fuelling will be an issue. This is max a stage 2 build. Deffo a mapping issue he’s having
      This car will only make around 400-410 on current set up if that

    Everyone has to learn at some point . A lot of my friends with these cars are the same they buy a cheap map cheap exhust cheap air filter stick some cheap rims and tyres cheap Chinese plastic fins and then drive the balls of it changing the oil every 8k plus then completely ignore plugs. Oil changes need to be done every 3 k and plugs every 10 k coils every 15 k . It’s time the world started to get clued up about how engines work . I hope you see better results on your next run . Make sure you get coils and plugs oem otherwise you will have the same issue. Chinese parts are garbage . Plugs will come gapped from factory if you order the right one through dealer if not you just need a gapping tool very easy nothing “special” about it .

      @@SALVAGENATION I had this issue before bro plugs start to die pretty much as soon as you start ragging it then the coils have to make up for the dying plugs then the coils start to get over worked and they die . It’s like a snowball effect .

    Them exhaust tips are so much better, but personally I wouldn’t have them sticking out so far, i would put them in a bit, mate I felt your pain on that dyno, but you will sort it no problems keep it moving 😜👍👍

    You should put m2 wing back seats in it and starlight’s in the roof and m4 alloys as that colour is the best

    What year is the car? Cause i had same problem and was nothing to do with plugs its the pre 2014 models have a flawed wastegate. Wont hold boost so not as tunable!!!

    You need to start data logging so we can see what’s exactly wrong, just get new coils, plugs and use V power 99 Ron! With good Quality intercooler because 100+ IATs will pull timing

    Hi Dee ..the cons of ecu flashing isn’t always successful as you’ve just seen. Other components on car need to be compliant and capable ..it’s gonna take bit of tweaking to hit over 400bhp now ..I know you’re on a mission to nail it..good luck Sir

    Even after changing your plugs and coil packs I cant see it make 100 break more then what it is now them generic mapping tools ain't the best always better to get a custom map

    You definitely need 2 step colder plugs and good coil packs to push your power 👍 I'm now running a custom tune through MHD from pureboost a guy called Fabian 👌 spot on but I have gone a lot further with the mods.

      @@SALVAGENATION hi mate I've had mine from 5 months old so nearly 6 years no (old boy racer ) I'm running 440hp and 650nm at the wheels 😀 over 500bhp at flywheel, my list is quite long but includes pureturbos stage2, xdi high pressure fuel pump, lsd , 100cel cat , remus and M performance exhaust, B12 SUSPENSION KIT, baffled sump , etc etc great cars 👍 I've spent over 15k on mods 🙈 done all the work myself.

    Couldn’t you have removed the map you just put on and see if the graph did the same ? That would show if it was down to a bad stage 2 ?

      We did, it made 316 but as soon as the stage 2 map went on it was not making any more power. We found the issue in the next ep

    314 stock isnt right when you have an intake, exhaust and others mods, should be higher without a tune

      Pops are totally customisable. Only go crazy on hard amd all the sliders to max. Im running medium setting. Stage 2+

    Is the car electronic waste gate because they run more power on the m135i my one is a 2016 m135i with stage 2 bm3 and it’s a beast

      Its electronic but this one needs a service. New sparks etc.

    Walnut blast the intake ports & valves new coil pack & plugs . Good oil like millers . If it stil dsnt work mhd Tune is shit lol
