Then you can try staying with your family in moshi and you will know what health issues it cause. Many of my friends staying near moshi shifted to other places due to bad smell and health issues.

This is definitely a Kohinoor builder. No one should buy their flats. Flats are sold by lies. Forced to take a non refundable token. Other builders pay non refundable token in few days but these Kohinoor ones are very scrappy.i have very worst experience.
Yes this is kohinoor westview reserve.. I have my flat in kohinoor coral and they have worst management as compared to other builder. We were told that Canopy will be made for open parking holder and they declined after possesion that we havent promised this. And also Construction issues and qlty issues are there with false promises
I had a similar experience with Pride Purple builder recently during a site visit. I started to talk to another customer about the missing water pipeline connection in the project, as the builder had promised that they will make the water connection available but nothing was ready. One of the sales reps saw me talking to others about the water issue and immediately came to me and asked me to leave saying that the visit time was over. Interestingly, I was the only customer he was asking to leave :) Clearly, they did not want me to talk to other customers about the water pipeline issue in the society as the builder has failed to deliver on the promise. After this happened I made sure to talk to some 4-5 other customers about the water issue :) The builder rep did have an argument with me for not leaving but couldn't do anything after I refused to have a conversation with him and asked him to bring his manager.

DEFINITELY yahi tha as he said approach road was so bad and no cabbie was coming there. Lo kar diya reveal maine Saudaghar. I THINK customer was also at fault as kisi ke dukan main jaake usiki dukan ki buraai thodi karte hai unless you actually purchased any product.Sales team could have handled amicably too. Both parties are at fault.Saudaghar ek like maar do pls😂

I have my personal experince with punawale area , whenever I went to check any site or property and mention Dumping yard issue they panic specially if they have other people around , they say clearly that it dumping yard is cancelled it will not come and all.. but that is not finalized yet so its very risky if you are putting your life-saving and taking loan. Their is huge land parcel in punwale/tathwade which is still empty hence no need to panic and buy any property in hurry , I checked one project year ago they told me they only have 3 flats left created huge panic with lots of reason like Increased Stam duty , booking , not availability , price will go up etc because we liked the flat very much but at end it was going out of my budget so I dropped , after one year they still have flats in that project , I still see ads ,get call
There are no to very few new projects in wakad .. the wakad is really good place as compared to other in terms of connectivity and water issues etc. also now as there are very less new under construction properties so Resale market is open starts from 75-80 lakh onwards

I also faced similar situation & now days prices are going so much up that many cant afford, For new home buyers I will say just dont buy and dont make yourself modern day slave for 15-20 years, just rent, its cheap, its easy and invest in property at your hometown, on paper value of 2 crore, 10 crore doesn't have any value if you can't sold it in time when in need.

Punawale is not good location forget the dumping yard issue. Traffic is very very bad here. There is chock point on the main road. Under bridge is not wide enough.

I had also experienced a bad experience when I had visited Rohan Abhilasha - 1 project. The sales team first say a lower flat is available and I final negotiate for it. But when I visited with my family they say that it is sold out and forced me to take upper flats with the negotiated price. Without any option left with me I booked the upper flat. This type of business strategies should be avoided by the sales team.
I had similar Experience with Rohan Ananta, but I clearly said No and left from there, first they said 3rd floor flat available then we finally agreed,he said 3rd floor flat is gone sir you have to 7th floor is there with increased cost.

first thing sales representative will never tell you about the cons of property . secondly whenvever we want to buy property we have to inspect all pros and cons by ourselves as its buyers money which is at stake . definitely staff reaction could be much more better but customer also didnt show any respect towards the staff. this is not staffs ego this is his wifes ego which turned the stituation worst. If builder hid anything which is related to building we have all the rights to sue him screaming at staff is no justification .
builder staff ko agar client gaali bhi de tab bhi they should handle the scene properly.. anyway these so called staff are third party mf channel partners.. also if such a situation has built up for something which costs almost a crore these days, it's more of a fault of staff then client.. these moronic channel partners just want to close the deal in half an hour and make 2% of agreement value of the property..! halwa nahi hai..
One of builder who left project incomplete when owner tried to ask questions he stright forward said go to police and file FIR. I will take care rest. Such is arrogance of builder due to money and wealth.
In most cases the experience is not on good note. There are buyers in the market who are ready to purchase at any cost the builder is charging. They don't want to entertain if you ask many questions. I recently visited Kumar Sunrise, but no one attended us, so we returned without any details. No value for others time.
Same happened with us after waiting for 1hr The manager says come with a check for booking and then we will give you all the details of the project. This is not at all accepted. Without giving any information who will buy? That sales manager's attitude was not acceptable at all. I was like why did they not mention it on holding to come with the check only for enquiries. Ridiculous. Waste of time.

Moshi Garbage Dumping Area is 81 acres and Kate wasti Forest is not more than 10 acres . Don't know the logic behind choosing this area . Thers are multiple development projects coming up nearby . However, Chinchwad MLA has submitted application to CM and Forest Minister to cancel SWMP .

PMAY for MIG 1 and 2 is already ended in Mar 2021 and For LIG and EWS it was open till Mar 2022…
