hi, i'm interested in this bike but i'm afraid to find the very progressive rear suspension too hard for my tastes .. could you tell me more about the comfort of this bike on small and medium shocks ? is all travel used correctly ? Does it still provide a soft feeling on the trails or is it very (too) hard? Thanks you for your answers ;-)

@@slickdusud I'm 178. Canyon says M is the size for me. I tried the size calculator also in 180, 183 too to be sure.. still says M, Thats why I ordered in M and the bike fits perfect. The spectral 29 is not the best bike to upsize, because its long seat tube. If you have no option to test ride I would say -stay with the size Canyon suggests! It will fit 100%. The bigger the frame, the less agile it will be on the real technical stuff

@@mtbticino Hi, Yes I received it last week. Size M feels right at home! It's extremely confortable even on longer rides. I don't feel too stretched, nor too cramped in any situation. I never mesure the saddle height exactly. I mesure with the leg stretched out when heel to pedal on its lowest point method, but the dropper post has some markings on it and I'm on the 7th position if this helps. You will be just fine on size M.
