These are indeed some great assets. But if you haven't already you should definitely spend ~6 months making your game fun to play, and work out potential level design pitfalls, before you even touch these high level tools, or have a level designer start working. Otherwise you are basically just sculpting throw-away assets, and bloating your compile times early on.
@Daniel Gooding I disagree that these are high level tools. These are more medium tools to help people. High level tools you create yourself for the spesific game. Or there are companies that help for that.
Yes, these are amazing Assets from some of the best publishers for Level Designers. My current favorite is Path Painter also from Procedural Worlds. It's new but already amazing and have lots of potential. I just love the direction. It makes things super quick and dead simple instead of having controls that rival Concorde's in complexity. A lot of Assets are not that great for artists. I think it's difficult to think that way for programmers and the end result is you sort of need to program them.

Every one of them are well worth the money. In fact, in my opinion, they're worth far more than they cost. I own all of them and have for some time. They're updated regularly and the support you get from their creators is phenomenal.

oh that UI is getting a significant change, also an API which should allow for custom themes and setups ( If I seen that correctly) going to be a learning curve for some...but much needed for the new things unity is bringing to the table.
When you think a trusted Unity personality is going to be the homeie and give you the hook up on the best Unity Assets but the video ends up just being a long advertisement for very expensive Unity plugins.
Aquas ? Really ? Aquas is just a Flat Shader, no Gerstner Waves inside. That is .... long time ago. And it is very overpriced. All other are really great. But Aquas ? hm. How about LuxWaters ? or Crest ? or .. some other "real" Water System, contains Waves ?
The problem with Unity is, that you need to spend multiple 100€$ on semi-professional assets to get nice looking terrains. Other engines have all the features and many more by default and they work way better than these unity assets.

Unreal engine 4 vs unity choose
Havent used Unreal but Heard great things so Unreal for Graphics.
UE4's built in (and free) terrain tools are amazing if that's what you need for your project.
I prefer the Unity workflow and C# over c++
