Hi dear in a SW bedroom your head should be in south portion while sleeping download a compass on google and try to place your bed in the room with head only in south or west direction thus meaning feet pointing in east but in that case you should be up before sunrise.
what if the beam is just above the bed. we have that in our flat. can't remove and there is no other place in the room to keep the bed as our flat is not very big and even though its a master bed room size is quite small and bed also fave the toilet. we can't afford to buy any other flat any more. can you suggest something good for my room.
Remedy for Beam: You can Hang two flutes in cross way and red ribbon tied on them on the beam
OR You can place two wooden pyramids on two ends of the beam. For Toilet keep the door closed as much as possible and make sure curtain is blocking the inside view from Bedroom as much as possible. You can also use Copper Pyramid Divider hanging it upside down on the Chokhat of toilet door to stop negative energy from toilet.

You have to make sure that the bed in your home, if placed the South West zone of home, is not actually in the SSW (South South West) which is a sub zone of South West (SW). The SSW is a disposal zone and one must not be sleeping in this zoen otherwise will see downfall in career or frustration in career due to lack of progress. The directions are to be seen from the center of your home using a magnetic needle.

Tip 1: master bedroom should be in south -west portion of home where head of the family /married couple stays and ideally this bedroom should be biggest.
Tip 2:bedroom should never be in north-east , as it will cause health issue.
Tip 3:north bedroom is good for students & those looking to start a career
Tip 4:bedroom entrance can be in East , north , west wall , avoid south wall entrance .
Tip 5: the bathroom must not face the bed directly.
Also keep the bathroom door shut.
Tip 6: for south-west bedroom flooring ideally should be higher than the rest of home
Tip 7: avoid placing divine idols in the bedroom
Tip 8: bedroom in S.E should be avoided for married couples as it brings quarrels.
Tip 9:for guests , guest bedroom is recommended to be in north-west portion of the home.

Tip 11:mirror should not be facing bed , if it is then cover it during night otherwise it will give rise to surgery related health issues.
Tip 12:do not keep any clutter , shoes , slippers under the bed as it affects quality of sleep.
Bed should also not make sound.
Tip 13:bed should not be noisy nor it should have discoloration , scars and blemishes.
Tip 14:make sure your bed does not fall unde any beam.
Tip 15: in south-west bedroom bed should not fall in south of south-west portion of home as it gives bedts, money related issues.
Tip 16: bed should be 3 side open not 4 side although there needs to be some gap between wall and head side of bed .

South Pole still is in South of Australia, magnets work the same be it Northern hemisphere or Southern. Sadhguru is no expert on Vastu topic.
